Good reprieve but far from City!

Pros: Property sits closely to the beach area (about 5 mins drive or 12 mins walk). Has great pool esp the one in the 20th floor with the view of the whole city and beach front. They also have a gym and sauna which you can use by booking through a community app. The app didnt work well but you can always just go down to the concierge and ask the key to the gym. Parking garage is a not good as the parking garage goes through a rather steep and narrow passage. But there is ample street parking and it was safe. Wifi was also great.

Cons: The location of this property is about 30 km from the City of Valencia. So you would need a car to get yourself around. If your main goal is to experience the city, this is not the place for you. I stayed at this place for 2 weeks and was told they do not clean the apartment. They also do not provide new towels. So you need to do some laundry. The management of this apartment is a bit disorganized. They should provide a folder with all the information one would need. Example: the wifi password, where the trash bin is, the towels, cleaning, need for token to use the pool, grocery, etc. These are expected of good management firms or hosts. Also there was a leaked in the ceiling that caused flooding in the bathroom. It was repaired but we had to clean up the place.

Estancia excelente

Pros: La decoración, las vistas, amplitud y la terraza con vistas. Las instalaciones comunes son estupendas, la piscina poco masificada y desde la planta 20 unas vistas excelentes.

Cons: Las almohadas son muy finas.

Utroligt skønt ophold med lækker pool på tag og i niveau 0. Gode fitnes faciliteter og ekstrem lækker strand 1 km derfra

Pros: Super velfungerende kompleks. Yderst delikat og lækker rooftop med den smukkeste pool og dejlige møbler. Lejligheden var stor og plads til alle med god altan ligeledes.

Cons: Skrald blev smidt i container udenfor komplekset og blev tømt for sjældent. Det var ikke lækkert, og virkede uhygiejnisk. Personalet talte ikke engelsk.
