Pros: Der Blick zum Meer. Die Wohnung war bis auf den Fußboden und die Wände warm als wir kamen. Die Klimaanlage heizte gut in den Zimmern, leider nicht in den Bädern.

Cons: Die Klinke an der Haustür war locker und fiel fast ab. Die Tür des zweiten Bades konnte nicht geschlossen werden. Die Türzarge ist unten am Boden nicht mehr in Ordnung. Der Fußboden war lange Zeit sehr kalt. Es gab in der Küche kein gutes scharfes kleines Messer, das man zum Beispiel zum Apfelschälen hätte nutzen können. Die Parksituation für ein Auto ist kompliziert.

Pros: La disponibilità del ns. referente in struttura e la comodità dell'alloggio. Comodo amplio e con fantastica terrazza. Abbiamo avuto una perdita che ha allagato l'alloggio ma prontamente la struttura ci ha messi in condizioni di sicurezza e di terminare il soggiorno limitando il disagio.

Cons: Il garage è difficoltoso da utilizzare . Va bene per utilitarie molto alte. Per macchine di grande misura o basse no assolutamente.
