Perfect flat for beach holiday

Pros: I really love the flat, and the host was exceptional. Andrzej was very helpful and kind. The flat is all newly decorated, spacious, and clean. The location is the best in Cullera! All cooking equipment, beach umbrella, lovely bedding and cleaning products are available in the flat. The balcony is a perfect addition!

Cons: The bunk beds are now very comfortable.

Pros: The property is excellent (newly refurbished, nice design, good location), and the owner is very nice and approachable. He was very kind and allowed extra stay when the roads were blocked with flood

Pros: Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene … una bella casa con tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno di una settimana …A pochi metri dalla spiaggia ben servito di ogni cosa … torneremo sicuramente !!!

Días fantasticos

Pros: Hemos pasado unos días fantásticos, el piso cerca de la playa ,al lado tenéis súper mercados, restaurantes para comer, el lugar es tranquilo no se escucha ruidos. El piso es tal como lo veis en las fotos. Si se podría poner una tostadora q no hay seria perfecto,en resto hay de todo. Si volvemos a Cullera repetiremos.

Pros: La ubicación y la atención prestada puede entrar antes de la hora me avisaron ,lo agradecí porque iva con 2 personas mayores ,muy cómodo para poder bajar a la playa muy cerca y buen acceso para personas con movilidad reducida lo recomiendo

Cons: Si hay que decir el vecino que tiene un perro y ladra a las 7 de la mañana pero ya me dijeron que había más quejas .

Temperatura de la habitación

Pros: La terraza y la cercanía a la playa El piso está muy completo. Muchas sábanas y toallas, productos de limpieza. Bastante almacenaje (muchos muebles). Tiene aspiradora.

Cons: La habitación donde está la litera tiene una ventana muy pequeña que da a un patio interior que huele fatal. Tiene que estar cerrada todo el rato y no tiene ventilación, por lo que ha sido imposible dormir en esa habitación por la temperatura. En la habitación de la cama doble hay un buen ventilador y ventana. Y solo hay una sartén. Pocas pinzas para tender La nevera casi no enfría.

Limpio, silencioso y muy completo.

Pros: Muy limpio. Equipamiento nuevo. Apartamento muy bien equipado con muchas toallas, toallas de playa, sabanas, detergente, TV nueva, AC nuevo, Lavadora nueva, jabon: con lo que hay en el apartamento con llevar ropa y calzado es suficiente. Localización en zona de restaurantes y heladerías. Ambiente familiar en el edificio, sin ruidos fuera de hora, respetando silencio en horas de siesta y de noche. Buena localización tambien respecto a la zona de la playa.

Cons: Todo bien.
