Playa y Montaña Faura-Valencia

Pros: We stay at Playa y Montana for 2 weeks and we had a great time . The apartment it's amazing, very clean and you have everything you need, ❤️ 💕 ♥️ .The host ,Carlos, it's a very nice guy and very helpful, for sure we will be back.

Pros: The apartment is wonderfully equipped for running a household—even with a baby. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, including a dishwasher, and there was a washing machine too—making daily life a breeze. The terrace was a real highlight—perfect for family breakfasts and dinner under the open sky. Free parking was a huge plus, with plenty of spots available right by the building . Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. From here, it’s easy to reach central Valencia, the beach at Canet de Berenguer, or the mountains around Faura—all within roughly 30 minutes by car. All in all, this place is spacious, modern, and ideal for families—truly lived up to its 'beach and mountains' promise. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very nice, cozy home-like accommodation. The owner of the apartment is very positive and hospitable. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, even a first aid kit. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. Each room has air conditioning, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. We are sincerely grateful to Carlos for his kindness, care and good attitude. Highly recommend!!!

Convenient, silent, weel equipped apartment close to Valencia

Pros: We chose the apartement as a base to discover Valencia and the surrounding. Proved to be a good choice, exceleent location, half an our drive to Valencia where you can easily find free parking place to the north of the centre. The apartment is convenient for 2-3 people with two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen,convenient living room. It is pretty silent!

Exceptional

Pros: I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the apartment! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The apartment is exactly as described and even more charming in person. It's clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Carlos was an exceptional host. He was incredibly responsive and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. He provided great local tips and was always available to answer any questions. The location is perfect - it's in a safe, quiet neighborhood and only 30 min away from Valencia. I highly recommend staying at Carlos' place if you're visiting the area. Thank you, Carlos, for being such a wonderful host!

Pros: Very friendly and helpful owner, who did everything for our stay to be as pleasurable as possible, gave valuable travel and sightseeing tips and was super caring and responsive. Great apartment, fantastic quiet town, easy on street parking. Very close to well stocked shop, also close to walking trails with stunning views. The place is just perfect for anyone who values comfort and peace of mind. Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay.

Pros: I had an absolutely fabulous stay at these apartments! They've got everything you could possibly need - towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, you name it. It's all about the little comforts here. But what really made it stand out was the incredibly polite and hospitable host - a big thank you to them! They even had a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us, which was such a delightful surprise. The apartments were spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials - they even had milk and coffee! And here's a bonus: the host's spouse has written a fantastic book about Valencia. It's an informative read, and it's a pleasure to spend time with. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

An oasis that's worth exploring!

Pros: The flat is genuinely amazing! Spacious, fully equipped for living (kitchen utensils, bath kits, and much more of nice details). Storage spaces. Everything's new and modern. Very comfortable beds with clean linen. On the top - the cosiest balcony overseeing the hills (my husband saw it as a perfect working place). Always easy to park a car just in front of the entrance. And a magnificent play-ground in the shadow of the trees just opposite (which my 1,5 year old daughter completely enjoyed). The nature around is amazing: sweet air, birds singing, everything's green and fresh, number of walking routes in the hills and barbecue spots. At the same time, there is a weekend bar just nearby and a supermarket only in 5 min walk.

Cons: The stay seemed too short!

Pros: Friendly host, very nice apartment, very complete, safe and fairly calm neighborhood, ample parking around the apartment. I did not expect that the apartment would be this complete. From kitchen utensils to shower gel and shampoo to dish washer liquid, it was all there.

Cons: The apartment is great, but there are a number of little things that added up to this being slightly less than perfect. The door to the kitchen would lock up if closed, and the sliding door to the balcony wouldn't lock. While the shower itself was very roomy and clean, the shower stall was somewhat small, the water took a long while to get warm. Don't let all this dissuade you, though. This apartment is excellent value for money. I just feel that if a lot of the smaller issues got fixed this could be even better.
