One of the very best on our travels
Pros: This is a very special apartment and one of our favourites ever. Cosy, well equipped, scrupulously clean , very kind and helpful hosts, with a spacious balcony and spiral staircase to a private roof terrace and shared pool. View over Moncofar and 15 mins walk to the beach . 2 large supermarkets 5 mins away. We stayed 4 days during a red alert weather warning and even with the rain and storms we had a wonderful stay. .. surely the best testament! Highly recommended.
Cons: There is a €200 deposit required on booking. I presume the hosts have had some bad experiences in the past but this is not something I’ve experienced in our travels. It’s a minor inconvenience but I’m sure with on line check in vetting available, it is avoidable . This didn’t detract from a truly lovely few days ..

Pros: Everything! From getting the keys, when Vincent had showed us everything, garage, P place, swiming pool, balkonies :)) The apartment was cosy, sweet, where you have everything, like in your own home. It is clean, and modern :) supermarket is really close, in front you have big playground for kids. It is calm and nice for rest. You have two terraces, and the views are lovely.

Pros: Drăguța, ideal de mers vara. Iarna este cam frig în locație.
Cons: Boilerul nu a făcut față pentru un duș scurt. Din păcate după 3 minute vine apa rece și trebuie să aștepți încă 15-20 minute să se încălzească.

Pros: El apartamento estaba limpio, ordenado, muy bonito. Tiene una terraza muy agradable como para compartir y comer algo. Está totalmente equipado, con A/C, menaje, utensilios de limpieza y cocina. La atención muy buena, Don Vicente es un tío muy amable y cordial.

Pros: La decoración de la casa nos encantó, la anfitriona tiene un gran gusto, además del nivel de detalle de todos los servicios que son necesarios en un apartamento. En todas nuestra experiencia en Booking es el mejor apartamento donde nos hemos alojado. Si vas a visitar la zona lo recomendamos 100%.
Cons: La cama es bastante grande pero no nos resultó tan cómodo como el resto de la casa

Pros: Neueres Haus im Zentrum von Monfoca, gut 1,5 km vom Strand. Sehr ruhige Lage, nur die Kirchturmuhr ist zu vernehmen. Lift von der Tiefgarage bis zur Wohnung in der dritten Etage. Großer, schattiger Balkon nach Norden. Weitere private große Dachterrasse mit Liegen, Zugang vom großen Balkon. Gemeinschaftspool auf einer weiteren Dachterrasse. Nahezu komplette Ausstattung in Küche und Bad. Nette Ansprechpartner.
Cons: Alles o.k., Tendenz gegen 10, uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Nur als Hinweis, es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler und keinen Wasserkocher.

Pros: Apartamento cómodo, terraza amplia y completa. Equipado con todo lo que necesites.
Cons: No se explicaba previo a reservar que se debía abonar 200€ aparte por garantía de algún problema o ruptura. Creo debería estar aclarado y no sé si corresponde. De todas maneras nos devolvieron el depósito. El personal muy amable.

Pros: La relación calidad precio excelente, de la playa esta a 25min andando o 5 min en coche, las fotos de la aplicación es real quedemos encantados.
Cons: El parking es justo pero se aparca bien en la calle pero yo prefiero el coche en el parking asi se mantiene fresco
