Precioso Apartamento en Valencia 2 dormitorios con Parking

Very good

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Mariano’s place! The apartment looks exactly like the photos—modern, cozy, and very well-maintained. Everything was perfectly clean upon arrival. The location is excellent, making it very easy to get around. Communication with Mariano was outstanding; he was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and addressed all our needs without any issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free stay

Pros: Great accommodation at a nice and central location in town. The place is very clean and complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay for 3 or 4 persons. Host is friendly and easy to contact. The beds are very comfortable; airconditioning works. Walking distance from metro and city center, but still fairly quiet. Parking your car is not easy (public parking) and you may need to pass a few streets to find a parking spot. But we always managed.

Super Apartment in Paterna, Valencia

Pros: A lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Paterna, Valencia. Lovely set-up. I was travelling with my 87 y/o mother and we had our own rooms for the two nights. A home away from home. It had everything we needed and only a short walk to the metro station in Zone A. Our host kindly gave us his private carpark to use as there were roadworks and limited parking at the time of our visit which we very much appreciated.

Cons: The roadworks but we were very fortunate to secure a private carpark.

Fantastic apartment and lovely host!

Pros: Fantastic apartment in a lovely area - close to Valencia and all the buzz, about a 20 mins drive from the beach. Mariano is a great host - communication was very straight forward and he was very flexible with our check in times, as we came in later in the evening. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, has all the amenities, beds and pillows are comfortable. The wifi is fast and it worked perfectly. There's a big supermarket within a couple minutes walk. There's a free parking included with your stay, but we were able to park on-street, just beside the apartment. The area is safe and we had no issues whatsoever. Would totally recommend - great value for money.

Pros: The design , the equiped kitchen, the laundry machine, the coffee machine, the fast reply of the iwners for every question

Cons: The town is a little bit far from valencia

Pros: Muy acogedor, el apartamento estaba impoluto, las camas cómodas, toallas para cada uno, cocina bien equipada... Y el anfitrión, Mariano, muy amable. Volveremos seguro 😁

Pros: Para solo dormir esta muy bien aunque una de las camas pequeñas hacia mucho ruido y molesta a bastante, y no disponía de tostadora para los desayunos, un de las cosas que más se utilizan cuando solo lo usas para dormir. Por poner un pero. En general bien. Mariano muy amable, ya nos estaba esperando a nuestra llegada.

Experiencia maravillosa !!!

Pros: Es un apartamento muy acogedor. Tiene cubiertas todas las necesidades básicas. El dueño es muy atento y preocupado. La zona es muy céntrica, puedes moverte sin problemas para donde quieras. Me encantó mi estancia en Valencia, mi hija pequeña lo disfrutó muchísimo. Recomiendo 100 % este alojamiento.

Como en casa

Pros: Apartamento ubicado en pleno centro de paterna con parking incluido. Apartamento impoluto y súper cómodo, muy bien decorado y funcional.

Agradable estancia

Pros: Estaba muy ordenado, muy limpio, muy accesible, tenía todos los utensilios que ponía en la descripción.

Cons: En el alojamiento especifica que está insonorizado, y nada más lejos de la realidad. Se escucha absolutamente todo pared con pared. En otras ocasiones me hubiese dado igual, pero el motivo del viaje era una competición y se agradece poder descansar de manera adecuada.
