Fantastic Place to Stay in a great location

Pros: The Apartment is lovely, very clean, spacious and in a great location

Cons: The hot water for the shower doesn't last very long

Fantasic value for the money.

Pros: It is on the North end of Valencia. Easy to find parking and right across street from an Alcampo grocery store (similar to an American Walmart). We also rented bicycles and it was a really nice ride on the bike paths to get to downtown Valencia and also to travel to the southside beaches via bicycle. Super kind host, the apartment is very well equipped with everything that you need.

Cons: There is nothing to complain about.

Ideal for a family with children or for a group of friends, close to the seaside

Pros: The owner reached out to me in advance in order to make sure we maintain a good communication throughout the visit. I also liked the location, close to the seaside but also not far from the city, with a few restaurants at the ground floor and an Alcampo hypermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious and well laid out, kitchen is completely separate from the living/dining room, balcony also available.

Cons: Some elements of the apartment, such as the dated doors and a worn faucet, while still functional, could use updating.

I have recommended to family.

Pros: Very big and clean. Convenient to shops, beaches and places to eat. Plenty of transport to the city. Owners very pleasant.

Cons: A bit of night noise but mostly on weekends and not unbearable.

Pros: Excellent apartments near a good clean beach, supermarket, bus stop, cafes and restaurants. The apartments are very comfortable and spacious, clean, everything matches the description and photos. Friendly and sociable hosts, it was possible to leave things before check-in. A pleasant welcome gift - wine, water and cookies. Thank you very much for the warm welcome, one of the best places for a great holiday!

Great apartment at a lovely location

Pros: The apartment is located only a few minutes from the beach, and restaurants are nearby. The apartment is spacious and the beds comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, right by the beach, and a beautiful marina, spacious apartment, and buses available to go into Valen

Pros: the location of the apartment was perfect, two minutes from an amazing sandy quiet beach. also many bars and restaurants, and over the road are fast food restaurants and a huge supermarket. Also a bus stop and a taxi rank for travelling into Valencia. The apartment is situated in a small courtyard overlooking a small marina. the apartment is very spacious, two double bedrooms, one with en suite, plus a second bathroom, lounge area, dining table, a balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. As a solo traveller i felt very safe in the apartment. Alexey met me at the apartment to give me the keys. He was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment. I stayed for 5 nights but wish i’d booked for longer

Pros: Absolutely loved staying here! Location, amenities, communication all exceptional! The worst part was having to leave!

Good location and large apartment with well equipped facilities.

Pros: The apartment was large and well equipped. The location was perfect, just around the corner from the beach, restaurants and bars. There was a large Alcampo store across the street which was very convenient.

Cons: The balcony was mostly enclosed with a cement wall and metal bars. It was not an enjoyable space to spend much time in. The principal bed was situated so that there was not enough space to go around it without smashing your shin on the protruding bed frame. There was not an abundance of hot water.
