Pros: Una ubicación muy tranquila, prácticamente siempre se podía aparcar en la puerta. A 10 minutos de la playa, y varios restaurantes y tiendas cerca

Cons: Las escaleras de entrada, te echaban para atrás al subir. El tendedero necesita ser cambiado, el desagüe de los aires acondicionados
