Great visit to Puerto de Sagunto.

Pros: Closeness to beach. Good selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. On street parking good. Nice quiet street.

Cons: Being woken up in the morning at the start of the holiday because of work being carried out in the street below. No kettle or iron/iron board. More pots and extra frying pan would be great. Dining table a bit big for the living room as it felt overcrowded. Would suit a family of 4 best. Not big enough to accommodate 8 people as stated on advert. Felt it was slightly overpriced as it was out of season.

Amazing apartment close to the beach

Pros: The facilities offered were great, the location as well, just 5-10 minutes walking to the beach. We found plates, pans, cutlery, and napkins, as well as a hair dryer. The rooms looked as in the pictures and the apartment was clean.

Cons: The neighbors were complaining about the noise even when we were just dining and watching TV, so the apartment or rooms not being soundproof is definitely a minus, maybe the only one. If you come with friends to have some drinks and socialize, you might want to reconsider the location.

Comfortable apartment in excellent location

Pros: This was almost perfect for us as a couple (and would be also with a couple of kids). Location within short walk of the beach, numerous restaurants and two supermarkets. We did not intend to cook, but the apartment is very well equipped. Recently refurbed in a contemporary style. Large, new fridge/freezer. Washing machine on roof with drying area under cover. We would return.

Cons: Bathroom is very small: no place to hang towels (space taken up by Buddha image ornament and artificial pot plant!). For a family, I would prioritise practicality over style (at least 9 pot plants!). I really can't see it working if the sofa bed has to be used, so maximum capacity is really 4/5. The roof terrace is not a suitable place for a relaxing drink (or even a smoke) as there's no furniture but lots of rubbish.

Pros: Het appartement heeft een goede locatie en is niet te klein, wat het verblijf erg comfortabel maakt. Alles wat je nodig hebt is dichtbij, zoals winkels en andere voorzieningen. De grote tv met Netflix was er ook.

Cons: De eerste nacht was er helaas veel herrie van de buren boven ons, tot ongeveer 4 uur ’s nachts. In de badkamer was er ook een geur van de riolering en er waren vlekken van lekkage zichtbaar op het plafond. Tijdens ons verblijf was er ook een lekkage, maar die is gelukkig snel door de eigenaar verholpen. Verder zou het appartement iets schoner mogen zijn.

Cons: vybavení kuchyně (dřevěná vařečka, obracečka na pánev)

Pros: Het is een leuk appartement, schoon en gezellig ingericht. De ligging is ook goed.

Cons: Het koffiezetapparaat was kapot. Er was geen waterkoker. De beloofde wasmachine was er niet en dat was juist de reden dat we dit appartement geboekt hadden. We waren op rondreis en dan heb je af en toe een wasmachine nodig. Het water van de airco liep de kamer in, de emmer liep over dus midden in de nacht aan het dweilen geweest. Verder werden we overspoeld met Spaanse berichten die we dus niet konden lezen en die niet door Booking vertaald werden. Daar werd ook niks aan gedaan, ik heb er met Google vertalen wat van kunnen maken maar dat kostte veel tijd en moeite.

Pros: El apartamento estaba muy limpio y cómodo, todo bien preparado para nuestra estancia. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo necesario. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue clara y amable.

Cons: Algunos elementos pequeños podrían estar en mejor estado (por ejemplo, los utensilios de cocina o artículos de baño). También sería más cómodo si el mecanismo de la cerradura automática fuera más claro.

Pros: Lo bueno del alojamiento es el precio y la ubicación cercana para ir a la playa.

Cons: No me gusto, que al entrar en el alojamiento tenia un olor a vomito. Tampoco me gusto el ruido que había en la calle, un bar cercano que hasta altas horas de la madrugada se escuchaban voces.

Perfecto

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien ubicado,tiene todo el mobiliario nuevo y las camas incluyendo el sofá es muy cómodo.Esta todo muy bien,no tenemos pegas para poner.Volveremos a repetir seguro.

Cons: Lo único que no nos gustó fue que el check-in es muy tarde,hasta las 16.30 no puedes acceder al apartamento y la verdad que se nos hizo un poco largo hasta que hicimos tiempo para ir al apartamento.

Cons: Het warm water. We konden met z'n drieen elk max 3 minuten duichen, want anders was het warm water op voor de rest.
