Pros: Buena ubicación, todo nuevo recién reformado. Apartamento silencioso y se respetaban los horarios.

Cons: Quizá faltaba algo de menaje como un escurridor o una tabla de cortar (por no rallar la encimera).

Un lugar tranquilo

Pros: las instituciones muy buenas y el apartamento muy bonito. el barrio super tranquilo y cerca de un supermercado. a 20 minutos andando a la playa del Puerto.

Cons: encontré varias cucarachas… aunque debe ser un problema de todo el edificio, porque estaba todo muy limpio, una lástima…. volvería a repetir

Pros: В целом, светлые аппартаменты. Но не хватает немного мелочей, таких, как полки и крючки для одежды

Cons: 1. Не хватает вешалки, куда повесить одежду 2. Очень назойливые сообщения, что ты должен выехать, убрать и т.д.. 3. Нормально не закрывались двери в туалет 4.нет полочек, куда положить телефон, ключи или еще что-то , все на полу

Apartamento muy bien, trato regular.

Pros: El apartamento súper chulo, todo muy limpio y ordenado. Se nota que es nuevo y no le falta nada de menaje de cocina.

Cons: Se escucha todo de los vecinos, muy ruidosos. El dia antes de la salida se preguntó si podíamos alargar la estancia y qué coste tendría y no recibimos respuesta del propietario, un poco defraudados en ese aspecto.

Un appartement bien aménagé et confortable avec un emplacement stratégique au calme pas loin de Valence

Pros: Les équipements, le confort de la literie, le retour réactif de notre hôte, une télé connectée avec Netflix, le bel aménagement de l’appartement.

Cons: Le faite que cela soit au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, le wifi n’est pas performant, le bruit des voisins aux alentours de minuit qui résonne dans la chambre. Attention. Trop d’informations tue l’information. Les règles peuvent être partagées tout simplement dans un petit livret d’accueil.
