Tidy and modern, but small for a family of 4.

Pros: Studio is very close to the city center and is tidy and modern.

Cons: There are no heating facilities apart from the A/C, however it's not comfortable to sleep with the A/C on all through the night. So if there are cold nights in Valencia, expect to be in trouble. Also, there is no place where to store the clothes so that made difficult organizing the luggage. Do not recommend it for a family of 4.

Clean and good value

Pros: Very clean apartment, everything you need for a short stay and met our expectations. Great shower, good working kitchen with everything you need if you did want to eat in (we didn't). Loads of towels and washing up bundle on arrival to help clean up etc. Location is close enough to everything.

Cons: Pillows were a bit hard and would have preferred curtains to pull back a bit more to let more natural light in, as it was a ground floor apartment.

Fantastic place

Pros: I think it was the best apartment I've ever stayed in. Perfect location, very kind and contactable host, beautiful apartment, very cozy, quiet and well equipped. I am extremely happy with this stay and I will back to this place for sure.

Pros: Close to the Opera House and museums. Well appointed property with everything one needs if self catering or just using as a base.

Cons: Had to keep curtains closed as ground floor room visible from outside particularly f lights on

Modern, comfortable and great place to stay for Valencia. Great location.

Pros: Really great stay. Very modern and clean studio with all the necessary facilities. Overlooking a green area, so it was relatively quiet at night. The kitchen was good, though the only thing that was missing was a chopping board! Great beds and nice space. Bathroom was great as well. There was a washing machine and dryer outside the room, though I wasn't sure if we could use it! Overall very happy with my stay, good proximity to the beach and not far from the centre either. Highly recommend if you're visiting Valencia. The key system is fabulous as well. You are sent a link to an app where it allows you to unlock the door from your phone. Very convenient.

Cons: Kitchen didn't have a chopping board which was annoying but other than that the kitchen was great. The knives were sharp as well. Good fridge. The TV was good as well.
