Cheap and cheerful, needs some care

Pros: It was close to centre of city, at a good price. The growing plants are a nice touch but needed water

Cons: I’ve never been in accommodation that did not have at least salt! This one had nothing, not even capsules for the coffee machine , which actually does not work. The iron needs to be cleaned. The fan over cooker doesn’t work. The Blind in downstairs bathroom doesn’t close, so I was totally exposed on the toilet. There’s no control for the AC.

Good apartment, bad service

Pros: Very spacious, comfortable and new duplex apartment with three bedrooms. Central location.

Cons: The pay link didnt work so I had to go to the office. The inside lock system was not working very well and disappeared without a warning. Fortunately I had the keys. WIFI didnt work during the last three days and there was no response or help after a complaint. Neighbour kids upstairs made a lot of noise.

Basic, clean, short break apartment

Pros: Good central location in valencia city. 3 bedrooms. Clean. No rules, no cleaning charge, no security deposit. Only request was to empty the bins and take the rubbish away.

Cons: Curtains needed a good wash in every room. Damp stains visible. The shower downstairs was tiny. High risk of scalding as control was a lever. If you banged into the lever and altered the setting, ( due to no room) the water is boiling. Advised they change to a dial control.

Pros: The location was perfect! It was very nice, clean and tidy! People were amazing and i would recommend this place for sure! The rooms were big, the kitchen had everything needed. When we were heading out we met the cleaning lady and she was so nice too! They prepared everything when we came!

Pros: Location of the hotel was exceptional. Mercat Central is only 5 minutes walk. Local bar, restaurants, supermarket and other places no more than 3 minutes walk. I highly recommend.
