Pros: L’emplacement est parfait puisqu’on est à deux minutes du métro est à deux arrêts du centre de la vieille ville et du shopping. Très bonne équipement et spacieux pour deux personnes. Cuisine équipée efficacement ! L’appartement est très propre, on entend pas les voisins ou la rue et il est très facile d’accès.

Cons: Nous étions en janvier alors il faisait très très froid dans l’appartement. Je ne conseille pas à cette période.

Pros: This property is what you saw on the pictures! The good thing when you walk in is that everything is very new, it was very clean and smell good ! The locations is awesome in a good place and surrounded by supermarkets, restorants and bakery so is easy living ! Transport in Valencia is very good and is just 5 min walk to the metro line leading to the airport ! No transfer needed !

Cons: I would add more kitchen utensils for people cooking in!

Pros: Erg mooi, nieuw appartement voorzien van alle gemakken.

Cons: Deurcode werkt niet altijd.

Super apartment in a fun neighborhood with easy access to transportation.

Pros: The apartment had plenty of space for us and everything we needed. It was very nice to have a washer since we travel light. The location has plenty of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The #32 bus is easy to catch to get close to the historic center or the other direction to the beach. The Arago metro stop is also very close by. Turia park was an easy walk as well.

Cons: It would be helpful to have the wifi code in the apartment instead of having to contact host.

Pros: Апартаменты близко к центру и метро. Рядом магазины и банк. В номере было практически все необходимое. Большая студия.

Cons: Это первый этаж, вход в апартаменты непосредственно с улицы. Окно всегда закрыто, так к нет цоколя, и единственное окно вревень с улицей. Электронный замок это хорошо, но нужен надежный засов изнутри. Рядом ресторанчик, который работает в пятницу до последнего клиента. Нужны беруши, если вы не хотите им быть 😊

Pros: Mooi appartement, heel schoon, vlakbij de metro, alles aanwezig, zelfs koffie, thee en kruiden. Hulp van eigenaar telefonisch bij inloggen en de bediening van de kookplaat. Reageerde supersnel en was zeer behulpzaam. Een heerlijk appartement, we hebben genoten!

Cons: Geluiden van de afzuiging op de badkamer, deze zet je zo snel mogelijk uit. 😁 Dat er geen raam was op de slaapkamer, wel een airco, maar deze maakte voor de nacht geen prettig geluid. Was best benauwd.

Joli appartement qui n'est pas loin du parc central et facile d'arriver en centre ville à pied.

Pros: J'ai adoré le digicode à l'entrée parce que j'étais avec des amis et nous n'avons pas besoin de partager des clés. On avait memorisé le code donc chacun pouvait partir et revenir tranquillement.

Cons: Dans la rue il y avait un peu de bruit, mais ce n'était pas très genant. On l'a entendu quand la fenêtre était ouverte, sinon aucun souci.

Pros: La struttura è a due passi dallo stadio e comodissima per la metro (in circa 30 min si arriva direttamente all'aeroporto e in 15 min si arriva in centro, leggermente più scomodo il collegamento con la spiaggia ma comunque in 30 min e un cambio si arriva). L'appartamento è perfetto per un max di 3 persone (una quarta potrebbe condividere il divano letto ma forse si starebbe un pò stretti), prevede una fornitura di oggetti per la casa e climatizzatore che rendono il soggiorno migliore. Nonostante i nostri orari non fossero allineati all'orario del checkin, ci è stato possibile appoggiare i bagagli prima del checkin e lasciare la casa un paio di ore dopo al checkout.

Cons: L'unica pecca è la fornitura di una sola asciugamano a ospite. Servirebbe un set di almeno due asciugamani a persona.
