Pros: Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Very quiet considering it is located a 5 minute walk to a lot of nice tapas restaurants in the Russafa district. We liked the easy access directly onto the sidewalk.

Cons: To counter the fact that the apartment is directly on the sidewalk, it is fitted with translucent window glass, which means adequate light but no view. This was a good design decision that didn't bother us, but others might not like it.

Genial ubicación, bonito, limpio, muy incómodo el sofá cama

Pros: El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, con lo necesario para poder estar unos días genial y al lado del centro.

Cons: El sofá cama bastante incómodo, muy duro y hace ruido al moverse. El termo se estropeó pero por el inconveniente nos dieron una noche extra gratis.

Tranquillità e comfort a due passi dal centro

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Pulizia impeccabile, ambiente luminoso e confortevole, con un letto davvero comodo e acqua calda sempre disponibile. La posizione è ottima: in circa 25 minuti a piedi si arriva alla Città dell’arte e della Scienza, e nei dintorni ci sono supermercati, bar e tapas ristoranti raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. La zona è tranquilla e sicura a qualsiasi ora. Ottimo anche il servizio via WhatsApp, veloce e disponibile. Struttura top!

Cons: Unica piccola nota: nei servizi era indicato l’asciugacapelli, ma non era presente, e la pentola più grande non veniva rilevata dal fornello a induzione. Per il resto tutto perfetto, consigliatissimo!

Cons: Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda che si è risolto in fretta ma è capitato più volte durante il soggiorno che finisse acqua calda e dovessimo aspettare per fare la doccia
