Duplex Miguelete tower & 4th FLOOR and NO elevator

Pros: Location in the very center, the apartment is clean and well-equipped, the owner responded quickly when I asked anything, there were some problems with the neighbors, but the owner took care of it

Great clean apartment centrally located and with everything you need.

Pros: A really clean property that is well equipped for a 7 night stay. Location is perfect for getting to see all the sights and lots of lovely squares and plazas to choose from. Not noisy given it’s very central. We knew about the stairs so we’re prepared and used them as a workout for the many calories we consumed in the bars and restaurants nearby. It was nice to have a small balcony to dry our washing but we didn’t sit out as the main square is a few metres away.

Cons: This isn’t a negative but just a suggestion. Could do with a selection of pillows as we like more than one but maybe that’s just us!

Great location in the middle of everything

Pros: Lovely, well-arranged place right in the middle of the historic city, perfect for exploring Valencia in a couple of days. It’s a maisonette, so the living room & kitchen are well separated from the bedroom upstairs. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night.

Cons: I had an unfortunate check-in experience as the code lock had low battery and wouldn’t open, so I couldn’t enter the apartment. It took the owner more than an hour to come and open the door manually. Things like that happen sometimes and it’s fine. But if I were him, I’d have a better contingency plan. :)

Great value and location

Pros: Great location in the town centre! Apartment was nice and well equipped!

Cons: It was freezing cold for a few days and the heater didn’t touch the living area. And there was no wine bottle opener!

Consigliatissimo!

Pros: Appartamento nuovo, pulito e a due passi da centro. Ottima soluzione per vivere la città a piedi in totale comfort.

Pros: El pisp esta genial. Limpio, terrazita, bien distribuido y fantastica comunicacion con el propietario

Cons: Ya sabiamos que era un piso 4 con ascensor, por lo que no nos importó. Pero es lo unico que resalto.

Pros: muy buena ubicación, muy bonito, cómodo y bastante equipado

Cons: al ser un piso antiguo, no hay ascensor y es un cuarto piso

Una estancia agradable y perfecta

Pros: La cocina super bien equipada con todos los electrodomésticos indispensables. Además de productos de limpieza e higiene para lavar la ropa.

Cons: Todo estuvo perfecto. Quizá faltó gel de ducha.

Pros: Todo perfecto muy limpio y bien ubicado. Volveremos ....

Soggiorno indimenticabile

Pros: Appartamento molto pulito, confortevole e vicinissimo alla Piazza e al centro di Valencia.
