Lovely penthouse condo with pool

Beautiful apartment.

Pros: The apartment was really beautiful with everything we needed in it. Access to the pool was great. Communication with the home owner was excellent and he was very accommodating. Metro stop close by was great for access to the city. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Séjour excellent, appartement calme, bien équipé, pratique et confortable

Pros: La résidence est très bien équipée : piscine, salle de musculation, garage privé. L'appartement est au 8ème et dernier étage, avec trois terrasses. Bien meublé, confortable et pratique. Les équipements étaient parfaits : lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, micro-ondes, plaques vitro-céramiques. Le centre de Valencia est à environ 25mn en voiture, ainsi que les principales plages.

Cons: Le seul petit détail à avoir en tête est que c'est un appartement occupé toute l'année, et loué durant quelques périodes en été. Ainsi, on est \

Heerlijk ruim appartement/penthouse

Pros: Heerlijk ruim appartement waar de eigenaar af en toe zelf woont. Prachtig balkon waar je de zee kan zien en in de zon kan ontbijten. Strand en stad zijn een half uurtje met de auto. Op 10-15 minuten lopen is er een metrostation. Ontzettend aardige eigenaar die leuke tips gaf. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Cons: Niks!! Het zwembad is niet het hele jaar door open.

Pros: Velký prostorný byt, lahev (velmi dobrého)červeného vína na přivítanou. Dobře zařízen, nic nám nechybělo, kousek od ubytování velký supermarket, kavárny, kousek k veřejné dopravě a následné spojení kamkoliv po městě. Parkování zdarma přímo v ubytování- podzemní garáže, každý má své místo, takže super. Na to, že jsme byli i o Silvestra, přímo ve středu města, byl klid, bez dělobuchů a jiných rušivých elementů :), Nevím tedy jak v noci, ale i přímo v ubytování byl klid, jen o půlnoci ohňostroj, který jak jsme se dočetli, byl centrálně asi na 4 místech Valencie a pak klid.. Naprostá spokojenost.

Cons: Nebyly informace o heslu k wifi, po kontaktování majitele nám byly zaslány, i když to chvíli trvalo. Byl problém s vypadáváním jističů na el, taktéž jsme kontaktovali majitele, ale občas to stejně vypadávalo. Možná, tím, že jsme měli zapnutou klima na ohřev, bylo socela chladno, ale nedovedu si představit, kdyby jely všechny spotřebiče, tzn. myčka pračka a klima, to by byl asi velký problém..Přesto můžeme toto ubytování vřele doporučit, navíc pan majitel byl o problému informován, tak myslím, že bude toto řešit.

Pros: C'était super au niveau de la localité et le calme et l'appartement est bien équipé. et l'hôte très accueillant.

Cons: Rien à dire tout était parfait Vraiment j aurai peut être ajouter une machine à café pour le côté rapide pratique mais la cafetière fait très bien le job

Terrific place, remarkable host, memorable stay.

Pros: Spent 3 nights as a family here: easily one of the best places we have ever rented, with the apartment as a whole and its individual amenities (e.g., several superb terraces, access to a terrific swimming pool, private garage) all excellent. Last but not least, Juan Carlos is a remarkable, one of a kind, host: among others, he was kind enough to wait for us, and even meet us at the airport, until 2.00 am on a Sunday morning(!), given an extremely annoying, totally unplanned, plane delay at our arrival in Valencia.

Cons: There wasn't anything that we did not like. For instance, although the apartment is not that centrally situated within Valencia, with a rental car everything was within a few minutes reach (and it's very easy to reach from the Valencia airport, which was an unusual bonus in our case, as we had a plane delay arriving only at 2.00 Am in the morning!)
