Pros: Very convinient flat, east to access, comfortable, clean, nice big tv, coffee machine etc.

Cons: Second bed (for kids) were just a hard sofa, csn be bit more comfortable, Also, hot water comes from reservoir I guess, after 1 person take shower, other one should wait about an hour to recover.

Comfortable and clean

Pros: Very close to bus stops and with supermarkets at walking distances. Quiet at night. Very clean and with useful kitchen appliances (coffee maker, toaster)

Cons: The neighbourhood looks a bit dirty, but we never had any kind of problem
