FLORIT FLATS - Trafalgar Arts & Port Suites

Pros: Really nice and well equipped with everything you needed. Close to metro and just a 40 min walk to the centre. close to aquarium and the beaches.

Cons: There is a fair amount of noise that you can hear from outside. It didnt bother me, but it can be annoying at times

Pros: It is great for walking to the City of Arts and Science zone. The bus, food shops and everything you could need are very near. Just have a look with street view. The sofa is expandable, it could sleep 1 adult with 2 kids. Same for the big bed. Don't forget your phone inside!

Cons: The noise from the streets. It won't be easy for the noise sensitive people. High heels, trolleys, buses, stories, cars, you can hear them very clear.

Lovely apartment

Pros: Very good location. Ideal for the Valencia marathon. Public transport right outside your door as well

Cons: At night, there was a good bit of street noise. No early check in was made available

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment had everything we needed and felt very much like home. The furniture is new, the beds are super cozy, and having two TVs was a nice bonus. They even provided a small cot for our toddler, which she adored. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of. The accommodation is on a walking distance to many tourist places, which is also a nice bonus :)

Decend stay in Valencia

Pros: Around 15 minutes by walk to the one of the mai touristic attractions Oceanographic and Museum of science. Overall the property looks very good, with decent furniture and I think it was renovated recently. Also the space with some toys for the kids is a plus.

Cons: The level of noise is quite high especially on the night. Also when a bus cross the street, the walls were shacking as they are a plasterboard walls. Another very important minus were the uninvited “guests” ( mice or even rats) who were scratching the walls in the mid night so the sleep was not so good.

Amazing studio for 2 people

Pros: The studio was clean and quite spacious for 2 people. The shower had good water pressure. Bed was comfortable with good pillows. The Location of the apartment was a 15 min walk from the aquarium,5 mins from the main metro line and had a bus stop 2 mins away. There was also multiple grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 min walk. The room had a good working air-conditionier and heater.

Cons: In apartment 4 the TV was placed in an awkward place for the other person on the bed to see it.

Pros: It was very smart and clean. Had all we needed for our stay.

Cons: Sometimes the shower would overflow into the bathroom under the shower door. Did not happen always but occasionally. Also when it rained a large puddle of water congregated outside the front door making it difficult to get in and out.

Overall, it was a great choice and it had a positive impact on our trip to Valencia.

Pros: The instructions were precise, detailed and we got short clips explaining everything. We had everything we needed, even detergent for the washing machine. The place was very clean. The location is within walkable distance from a lot of restaurants, supermarket, POIs, beach, bus stations, metro etc.

Cons: The entrance is straight from the street and it's pretty noisy, as you can hear everything from the outside. Also the shower cabin was leaking all over the place, so after every shower there was more water in the bathroom than in the cabin.

Excellent stay.

Pros: Location is perfect, hosts are very nice and offer even transfer from airport to the appartement. Room is enough for 2 people.

Cons: Only 1 person can shower of the hot water, after that you need to wait.

Pros: The location of the flat is perfect, very close to metro station and main points of interest. Extremely clean, very comfortable, everything looked brand new. There was everything needed for a comfortable stay, including even a washing machine. Kids received colouring books when we received and they enjoyed them very much 😁
