Pros: The place was spotlessly clean, kitchen is well-equipped.

Exceptional and very comfordable for a family trip.

Almost perfect !

Pros: Perfect location, spaceos, easy access, nearby supermarkets and bus station and Oceanografic & City of Arta and Science Museum. Excelent street view on balcony. The kitchen is equipped with almost everything you will need.

Cons: The water boilling device was broken. In winter a electric radiator would be recommended if you go with kids.

Very comfortable stay and a massive thanks to the owner who was very accommodating to us on our stay in Valencia.

Pros: The location was perfect walking distance of shops restaurants and the park etc. Would highly recommend it.

Good bus connections around Valencia and a decent place to stay

Pros: The location was quite good and we managed to either walk everywhere or catch the local busses which were very efficient. The apartment was quite large and had many amenities, plus extra things that we weren't even expecting. Air con worked fine. It was so handy as the guests before us left 4 big bottles of sparkling water - much appreciated! The view from the balcony felt very authentic, palm trees, coloured flats, cats walking about the streets. I checked in with no problems, but the door code given means you need to have wifi, which could be difficult for tourists from outside Europe.

Cons: A few small things could be improved upon: some of the furniture was old and some drawers were tricky to close. As previous commenters mentioned, one of the bathroom switches didn't work, the main bedroom bed was uncomfortable, and we couldn't figure out the hotplates. The apartment feels quite modern but the building is quite old and the views of the block interior from the corridor are ugly and dirty. We are not very used to apartment living, but the walls seemed especially thin, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise in the night.

Perfect family trip

Pros: Apartment is close to Turia Park, Old Town, City of Art and Science.. Also, apartment was clean and fully equiped for comfort stay. Owner was very helpful and kind.
