Céntrico y reformado con estilo

Excellent

Pros: Fabulous facilities - everything you could want and more. Loved the welcome book and maps. Being able to put bags into apartment when arrived early and get keys for later. Cleaner was lovely and gave us a guided tour of the apartment even though she was in the middle of cleaning. Extremely welcoming and we were very grateful. Apartment was spotless.

Cons: This isn't a critisism but as a suggestion for improvement, an airer for hanging clothes would be helpful for when you use the washing machine.

Pros: It was clean and spacious. Conveniently located for the old town and for the metro to travel around.

Cons: The area was a bit run down with lots of graffiti.

Pros: Just outside the old town close to the tram to the beach. Quiet area. The apartment was like an actual home, not just a place rearranged and decorated cheply for renting to turists. Well equipped. Nice personal.

Perfect stay in a perfect location

Pros: Excellent location of the apartment, close to public transportation. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Serano Towers, i.e. the Old Town. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a successful stay and the WI-FI network in the apartment works perfect with strong signal. The owner of the apartment contacted us to make sure we were comfortable in his property - Thanks Alejandro!

Cons: The twin beds after bringing them together still had space between them but we managed to sleep without any problems. We knew the room and bed configuration and were hoping to make the two single beds into a queen bed.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Walking distance to many tourists attractions. Apartment was very spacious, ideal for 4 persons. Kitchen was very well equipped. Communication through booking.com before, and during our stay was great. The taxi service was arranged for us. Apartment and host highly recommended.

Cons: Bathrooms were not very clean. Water under the en suit shower was really hot, and couldn't be adjusted. Most glasses, cups etc. required cleaning on arrival. View from apartment is not the best i.e. creche view from living room and main bedroom. Second bedroom very dark as window is facing another apartment. However, described issues are minor if your main focus is sightseeing.

Pros: El piso es igual que en las fotos, está reformado y las camas son cómodas. La cocina es moderna y con menaje pero no la llegamos a usar. Los baños con gel y champú. También había secador de pelo. El anfitrión David encantador

Cons: Quizá no está muy céntrico pero tampoco está muy alejado. Nosotras nos movimos andando sin problema. No supimos poner la calefacción y hubiera estado agradable ponerla un poco por la noche, aunq para dormir no pasamos frio.

Très bon séjour

Pros: Très bon emplacement. Appartement bien rénové et bien équipé. Facilite de communication avec la personne qui nous accueille.

Cons: Matelas lit double Évacuation douche à réparer

Un buen piso para visitar Valencia.

Pros: Es un piso amplio y muy cómodo, bien situado (a diez minutos andando del centro) y comunicado, con zonas verdes (Jardín del Real) y supermercados cerca. Destacar las atenciones de Inma, que se preocupó de que estuviéramos a gusto.

Cons: Aunque en general el piso está muy bien, aspectos a mejorar son los colchones (el de la habitación principal es demasiado blando), la limpieza (estaba limpio pero había zonas a mejorar) y el mantenimiento de algunas zonas (el marco del pasillo estaba cuarteado y el olor a cañería al entrar en el piso).
