Excellent apartment, great location.

Pros: The apartment was clean, spacious and had all the amenities needed. The location was great with nearby transport links, restaurants and supermarkets.

Cons: The only thing that was not really an issue was the bottom of the shower glass allowed water to leak out making a puddle on the bathroom floor.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, apartment very clean and equipped with everything you need for a stay a few days!

Cons: The apartament is located in the same building with Burger King and this is the only inconvenience,because there is a lot of noise and is during until 01:00 o’clock everynight!

Pros: Spotless, exactly as described, easy access to downtown, big parking area adjacent

Cons: Tight parking in basement. Would benefit from a compendium detailing transport, local restaurants, etc.

Pros: El apartamento está limpio! En la cocina tienes de todo para el día a día. Es muy cómodo. Estás al lado de la playa.

Pros: Kľúče boli na byte, otváranie bytu sa v pohode vyriešilo cez aplikáciu takisto ako aj vchod do bytu. Beriem to ako veľkú výhodu, postup do ubytovania bol intuitívny s videonávodom a keďže sme prileteli neskoro večer, nemuseli sme na nikoho čakať a mohli sme sa sami ubytovať. Ubytovanie bolo 3 minúty od pláže, blízko obchod, burger king, reštaurácia a dostupnosť do mesta a na letisko cez hromadnú dopravu. Ubytovanie bolo dostatočne vybavené, priestranné, veľmi prijateľné aj na dlhší výlet ako 5 dní. Komunikácia s vedením ubytovania bola na výbornej úrovni. Celkovo pobyt v tomto apartmáne na nás zanechal výborný dojem. Dokonca sme z okna videli kúsok mora. Odporúčam

Cons: Trošku viac hluku z ulice a od susedov, ale nič hrozné, čo by mohlo vadiť.

Pros: Het is een fijne ruime accommodatie, vlakbij de metro van Valencia.

Cons: De waterdruk om te douchen was onvoldoende.

Pros: Alles super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Alles was man benötigt war im Apartment vorhanden.

Cons: Das räumen der Terassenmöbel von BurgerKing war sehr laut und störend meistens zwischen 00:30 und 01:00. Besser wäre es die Möbel anzuheben und nicht am Boden herzuschleifen. Nachts war es dadurch leider sehr laut.

Excelente departamento para alojarse en Valencia

Pros: La ubicación y la atención personalizada muy buena del anfitrión, , muy atento durante la estadía . el departamento muy lindo y muy cómodo , muy recomendable .

Cons: Me hubiese gustado que lo equiparan con unas sillitas y sombrilla para la playa y que arreglaran la caja fuerte .
