Great apartment close to the sea

Pros: Great location, we could see the seaside from the balcony. It’s also easy to get to Valencia centre with public transportation. Very quick response from Sabia about any issues.

Cons: Everything was great, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very pleasant stay and would happily return.

Pros: Apartment was very well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. Very nice pool and close to the beach with a good selection of restaurants there. Hotel staff very helpful on arrival especially as we were a couple of hours ahead of check in so they stored our luggage , assisted us when we couldn't find the apartment, and looked after our request for extra towels.

Cons: Collecting the keys from the hotel was not a problem but we got a bit lost finding the Apartment and needed assistance from the hotel as the taxi driver dropped us a little away from it and the apartment complex itself does not have a name.

Superb

Pros: The apartment is very close to a beautiful, wide beach, close to a supermarket and cafes with delicious coffee. pleasant, quiet surroundings. the apartment had everything needed. I highly recommend

Cons: low water pressure in the kitchen and the dishwasher won't work. But it wasn’t a problem for us.

Great apartment

Pros: Very close to the beach. Only a quick Uber into the centre of of Valencia Staff were very nice. We did collect the keys from the hotel which was 4km away but we just got a quick Uber over so it was no issue !

Cons: Not any fault of the property but a lot of the restaurants around closed very early

Pros: La ubicación y la urbanización han sido prefectas. el apartamento nos resultó muy cómodo, tenia todo lo necesario y mas. la urbanización muy tranquila y los servicios genial!

Cons: lo único que no nos gustó que en el pasillo al bajar del ascensor había un olor a tabaco impresionante. al salir del apartamento para esperar el ascensor teníamos que abrir la puerta de las escaleras para respirar mejor.

le logement était parfait et bien placé pour les commerces et la plage.

Pros: logement spacieux avec beaucoup d'équipements et très propre. Place de parking en sous sol. Gardien à l'entrée 24h/24h et très disponible.

Cons: Il faut aller dans un hôtel un peu plus loin pour récupérer les clés et cet hôtel étant face à la mer, c'est compliqué pour avoir une place de parking.
