Perfect and flawless😃
Pros: It is just a home away from home. We travelled as family with two young children. Felt very happy and comfortable in the place. Maria is such a kind person. We landed late night and even after our flight got delayed, She came in person with her daughter to handover the keys. The morning breakfast with bread and coffee was a delight after a tiring journey to begin our trip😍the environment around the apartment is lively and very close and walkable to the Malvarrosa beach😃supermarket consum is very near and has everything you need🤩The bus stop to city centre is also nearby. There were few books for the kids and board game (chess) to keep them entertained. Totally happy and contended with the stay at Maria’s place😍

Pros: The location is absolutely brilliant, 3 minutes from the beach. Easy to get, lots of public transport stops around. The apartment itself will hug you with spirit of Spain. Bedrooms are comfortable with cotton bed lining. Kitchen appliances reasonably good. Was a pleasant surprise to get some breakfast stuff and Dolce Gusto coffee machine with the coffee added. The host was more than welcoming and helpful. Perfect stay worth the money

Pros: Excellent location. Large 2 bedroom apartment very near the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Direct bus line to old town and City of Arts and Sciences.
Cons: It was a bit noisy at night.

Pros: Great location and great apartment. Very friendly owners. Met us at 22:00 o’clock and give the keys. In apartments you’ll fined literally everything you need to comfortably rest. Near located big supermarket, 5 minutes to the beach, a lot of bus stations to get to the all tourists places. We have a very great time here!

Pros: Nice big 2 bedroom apartment 5 min walk from a beach. Supermarket in the next building. Everything what you need for a short and long stay in the apartment. Windows to a backyard. Friendly English speaking host who allowed to check in much earlier and was very helpful all the stay. I will be happy to come back!

Pros: Las anfitrionas son muy amables, el apartamento es limpio, las camas cómodas, muy bien equipado, bien situado... en general estupendo.
Cons: El sofá no es muy cómodo, aunque tampoco es algo que me importe mucho estando de vacaciones.

Pros: Massima disponibilità e gentilezza dei proprietari. Appartamento pulito, ben collegato con sistemi di autobus al centro, comodo supermercato nelle immediate vicinanze. Soluzione ideale per famiglie e gruppi di amici, in una posizione a due passi dal lungomare. Da consigliare assolutamente
Cons: Avendo visitato Valencia nel mese di Febbraio, elemento sfavorevole relativo alla posizione è la totale chiusura di molti ristoranti di sera nelle immediate vicinanze dell'appartamento. Si può risolvere allontanandosi un pò, ma è stato un elemento inaspettato. Ovviamente aspetto che non inficia l'ottima valutazione dell'appartamento, ma, visto il periodo della visita - non credo sia così tutto l'anno - mi fa abbassare leggermente la valutazione complessiva

Pros: Właściciele niesamowicie mili, dopilnowali abyśmy mieli wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy i nawet więcej. Dostaliśmy kawę, produkty na śniadanie, wodę.
Cons: W mieszkaniu było zimno, ale była klimatyzacja i grzejniki do podpięcia aby ogrzać przestrzeń.
