Pros: Good location, near bus and rail options. 15 minutes walk to beach and easy enough to gain entry. Very clean with good facilities in kitchen

Pros: Considering that I knew from the beginning that the apartment is located on the street, this being a small inconvenience, the rest was as expected. Very comfortable and I had everything I needed.

I highly recommend it

Pros: Lovely designed apartment which has everything you need-kitchen with coffee maker, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, everything new and clean. Bus stop 1 minute away to get everywhere you need.

Appartamento confortevole che si affaccia sulla strada in una zona decentrata, ma non pericolosa.

Pros: L'appartamento è molto carino e curato e può ospitare fino a 4 persone. La signora si è sempre mostrata gentile, premurosa e reattiva a tutte le richieste (voto per lei 10 e lode!). Dentro c'era tutto, dalle capsule per la macchina del caffè (buonissimo!) alla biancheria per il letto e asciugamani per corpo e viso. Io avrei pulito forse un po' meglio il pavimento, ma non posso dire di averlo trovato sporco. Qualche capello l'ho trovato nei 4 stelle da 350 euro al giorno, per cui non posso lamentarmi per questo. Credo che abbia un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons: La zona è decentrata e con leggero degrado, ma mai pericolosa. Dalla porta finestra vetrata entra la luce dalla mattina, ci sono delle tende, ma se uno desidera il buio assoluto serve una mascherina e dei tappi per le orecchie perché il rumore dei mezzi arriva dalla non lontana strada principale.

Pros: Todo a mano, pequeño pero muy acogedor. El anfitrión un encanto.

Pros: Es hat alles was man benötigt, sogar ein paar Kaffeekapseln von Nespresso für den ersten Morgen. Waschmittel zum waschen. Duschmittel und Shampoo.

Cons: Ein paar wenige Ameisen haben sich eingeschlichen, da es ebenerdig mit der Strasse ist. Kein Aussenbereich. Man ist direkt auf dem Trottoir. Zum Wäsche trocknen etwas kleiner Wäscheständer.

Pros: Odlična lokacija. Blizu plaže i prelepog Cabanyala. Na 20 metra od stana su autobuske stanice 81 i 99 koje vode do centra grada, odnosno Okeanografika. Blizu je pijaca i brojne tavernice i restorani. Komunikacija sa domaćinom odlična, u frižideru nas je dočekala hladna voda i 2 flaše piva. 🙂 Apartman čist, funkcionalan, veš mašina vrlo korisna ako idete na plažu, zbog peškira i odeće. Sve preporuke za ovaj apartman i ovog domaćina.
