Pros: The apartment is comfortable, clean and fully equipped with all the utensils you might need. The owner is very friendly. He even prepared a welcome package for breakfast, lunch and water supply. The location is good.

One of the best places in the centre of the city to stay , which is walking distant from metro

Pros: The host is very polite and understanding. The property is at central location to major sight seeing places, and my stay was too comfortable. As I was travelling with toddler, the host arranged my desired cookware on first request.

Cons: There was nothing that I could dislike about this place.

Great acess to the leisure zone del Túria

Pros: Very clean, helpful host, interesting books and objects/paintings, very well equiped apartment. New cot for small kid was provided for free.

Cons: Loud refrigerator (you can close the kitchen door however), the breakfast provided (at the beginning for the entire week) was basic and unfortunately we didn't like half of it (toast bread, other long lasting foods). It would arguably make sense to ask the guests before buying a lot of stuff they do not even use afterwards.

Good location, cosy apartament

Pros: Good location, very nice terrace. The owner provided everything you need in a house, even some food, which was nice.

Cons: The apartment needs to be refurbished. Everything looks quite old. Also, the towels should be replaced. Not a good value for the price we paid

Pros: The apartment was nice and spacious, the location has great, and the included drinks and snacks were a very pleasant surprise.

Cons: Some of the windows didn’t lock, so we were always opening and closing the blinds. The water pressure could have been better.

Pros: Staff very friendly, in touch when needed. Accomodation is very clean and offers a lot of extras, such as tv, wi-fi, books to read, even some games and puzzles for kids. Also provides good breakfast. Great location, quiet, near City of arts and science, and only a few meters away a pharmacy, grocery store and a restaurant. It gave us much more than expected!

Wonderful Apartment, Close to the main attractions

Pros: Cosy apartment, close tot the main attractions. The Host is very helpful and the Apartment is perfect for a family with children.

Pros: Lovely apartment for family with kids. Even there was a few toys for them. You can feel yourself like you are at home with everything that you need. There was a private terrace, where you can enjoy with your coffee in the morning. Location was ok for us, wolking distance from oceanografic with 5 and 9 years old children, around 20 min. Tourist bus has a bus stop number 4, very close to apartment and to the big shopping centre.Next to the apartment you can find supermarket , small restaurant, pharmacy. Host was very nice guy. He booked for us a taxi in advance for the day of our check out, as it was 8 in the morning. If you are with children, that is a good choice to stay. You are not exactly in the heart of city centre, but we like it, as we feel ourself around local people. At the same time not far away from centre.

Pros: Everything was really nice. The host is super nice and welcoming, the facilities offer more then you need, beds are very comfortable and the locatoon is excellent. I recomend it. We visited with 2 small kids and had a very nice time.
