Great apartment at a good price

Pros: The location of as Perfect. A 10 min Bike ride to the beach and a 25 min Bike ride to the city centre. The Apartment was clean and comfortable and enjoyed the stay. Would surely recommend it and book it again when visiting Valencia.

Pros: The apartment's amenities were excellent and extremely clean, with great Wi-Fi. The location was good, just a 15-minute walk to the beach. The hosts were truly kind and welcoming. The only downside for me was that the apartment was on the ground floor, which resulted in limited natural light.

Excellent, everything you can ask for, clean, spacious and location unbeatable

Pros: The location was excellent, everything you need is like 2-3 minutes of walk. The shop for groceries, trash bins, the bike shop to rent out a bike to move around the city which is my recommendation at least that area from the apartment to the beach and back but also it is like half an hour of bike ride to the center of the city, the tram and bus are 2 min away but if you prefer a walk that is also fine beacuse the beach is like 10 minutes from it. Marina beach club if you like night life and a couple of other outdoor bars are there that you will enjoy surely on most days so all in all you won’t be dissapointed. The host is great, really accommodating and made us feel welcome especially with the check in and check out time. One thing I would also add is that when everything is closed in the city near this apartment you have a 24/7 grocery shop and a food shop to eat that works late hours.

Great location and comfort

Pros: Great location! Close to public transports (tram/metro and bus stop) and the marina, lively neighbourhood with lots of restaurants. Clean and very comfortable apartment.

Cons: As others also mentioned in the previous reviews, it was a real pity not being able to open the bedroom's window because of the sewage smell.

Felt like home

Pros: Beautiful large spacious apartment with everything you need. The location was great for us, near the beach and marina, supermarket in the street with bars and restaurants nearby, plus a great bike rental around the corner

Pros: Esta cerca de la playa y de medios de transporte. Encontramos varios detalles en el apartamento, como agua fresca, sombrillas de playa, etc. Los anfitriones en todo momento estuvieron atentos a todas nuestras necesidades.

Pros: Ottima soluzione vicino alle spiagge. Grande appartamento che ha di tutto e di più. Vasca idromassaggio, sauna, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, Palestrina, box frigo, aria condizionata, tre letti matrimoniali comodi, e divano letto con mega televisore e piccolo cortile

Cons: E’ al piano terra quindi manca la luce naturale, c’è solo la finestra sulla strada, poi le altre finestre sono sul cortiletto che è chiuso.

Pros: Sehr zuverlässige, nette, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Schönes Appartment, sehr sauber, modern, zentral gelegen in S-Bahn-Nähe. Hier fehlt es an nichts (vom Bügeleisen/-brett, über Hygieneartikel zur Küchenausstattung. Alles gepflegt und sauber.
