Good option with everything you need in the apartment

Pros: Really well-equipped apartment, good condition, cleanliness.

Cons: The only downside I found was the location: far from the sea and tourist attractions .

Sunny days in Valencia

Pros: * very well located and close to the highway *very new and clean. The beds were very comfortable * bus stations close by (if you want to go to other places in the city since You can’t go walking to the city center) *restaurants close by *very nice kitchen *very good internet (you can work with it)

Cons: *that the windows cant be opened *the room downstairs has blackout but the one upstairs doesn’t… it will be a “nice to have” *the heater for the shower is not enough. One person take a shower and the the other person have to wait some time because the water get cold in seconds. I can’t imagine that heater for 4 persons (that is the capacity the apartment has) it is just not enough.

Pros: Barrio tranquilo y fácil de aparcar. Camas muy cómodas.

Cons: Escaleras a la habitación de arriba, muy bien aprovechadas pero hay que acceder con cuidado.

Pros: Foarte aproape de aeroport , bio parc , orașul artelor - Oceanograf , muzeul stintelor . Gara de nord Proprietarul foarte prietenos și prompt Poziționare bună cu foarte multe locuri de parcare gratis , lângă magazine .

Pros: La pulizia e la cura dei particolari. Pure essendo a livello strada, l'appartamento era in una traversa fronteggiata da una grande aiuola con alberi e dove i rari passanti erano molto discreti. C'erano tante finestre ben protette dotate di tendine funzionali e moderne. Zona tranquilla e pulita. Nelle adiacenze grande supermercato e fermata bus che in pochi minuti ti conduce al centro. Molto gioviale ed affettuosa la giovane governante che abbiamo incrociato per un attimo. Il check in semplice e rapido.

Cons: Non abbiamo trovato bagnoschiuma neanche in formato cortesia. È consigliabile non lasciare valigie aperte sul pavimento perché al mattino si trova qualche insetto tipico degli appartamenti dei piani terra. I padroni dei cani non raccolgono gli escrementi quando passeggiano nell'aiuola antistante, pertanto talvolta nell'uscire dall'appartamento si avvertiva cattivo odore.
