Apartamento Cardenal

Pros: The location is good, close to everything. There is all the basic needs in the apartment. The host was kind to include a pack of coffee that helped us survive the morning of the arrival. I loved the washing/drying machine. Beds were also with clean and comfortable mattresses.

Cons: Fireworks in the neighborhood was a bit noisy(but I believe it was everywhere in the city that night). Also not very energy efficient apartment. Also not a problem for a guest. We just used a heater.

Pros: Quiet. Close to supermarket and local restaurants. TV good if you subscribe to a streaming service.

Cons: Flat chilly on arrival in December and took some time to warm up as 5.75kw limit on electricity required care in use of cooker and heating appliances. Fortunately we were only using one of the 3 bedrooms.

Good stay. Very good apartment overall. Clean and comfy.

Pros: Location was good ..20 min bus ride or 25 min walk to most attractions. Comfy beds,. Great supply of kitchen equipment and utensils. Light good sized appartment. Useful info provided by the host prior to arrival. 2 sets of keys = useful for us as a small group as ww were doing different things.

Cons: Air con.It was only in the main living room, also had to empty a drainage bottle outside fairly often. The air-conditioning produced a lot of dirt all over the table. But hosts have reassured us that they will have it cleaned.

Pros: Good location close to the centre. It was easy to get everywhere we needed on foot or by public transport. The flat was well equipped. The main street is quite busy, but the flat is oriented to the quiet inner part of the block.

Pros: Location, owner's communication and helpfulness, fair price.

Cons: The flat has two problems: firstly if you use 'too many' appliances, the electricity trips. This is especially a problem when cooking as it tripped every time we turned the oven on. Secondly, although the flat does have air conditioning, it is only found in the living room and the flat occupants have to empty a 3 litre bottle every four hours to keep it from overflowing, upon threat of a EUR 100 fine. This means you cannot have the air con on at night, and the bedrooms get stifling, even with the fans provided.

Pros: Good location, near bus routes to get to the beach. Clean and spacious

Cons: Having to empty the bottle for the air conditioning. Lot to think about when on holiday. Hopefully the owners can find a better system for this rather than having to empty it.

Pros: Spacious, very clean apartment in a good location, 15-20 min walk to the old town. It is a busy road but the rooms face the courtyard so it was totally quiet at night. The owners are super helpful, we got many recommendations by email before our stay and even offered us late checkout.

Cons: The only thing we had issues with was the electricity. We couldn't use more than one heater at a time, or heaters +tv/hairdryer as this resulted in a few seconds of blackout all the time and it was quite cold in the apartment during our stay (february).

Pros: Good location and very calm. The owners are very helpful and the apartment was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: The bathroom is very small for usage of 4 adults in the apartment

Bon appartement 3 chambres pour le prix

Pros: Le prix est très raisonnable pour un appartement 3 chambres.. l'emplacement est très bien.. bon compromis entre ville et plage (beaucoup de transports accessibles facilement pour toutes directions). Porche du parc. Le propriétaire répond rapidement. La literie du lit double est correcte.

Cons: Bien évidement a ce prix, tout n'est pas parfait.. le chauffage et isolation est un gros point faible.. il fait vite très froid dans l'appartement en hiver et très chaud en été car l'airco n'est pas mieux..le canapé est tres limite pour 2 personnes pour regarder confortablement la télé le soir. dommage aussi qu'on ne peut pas laisser nos bagages quelques part si d'autres clients viennent après..
