Aanrader!

Pros: Prachtig uitzicht en rustig tegenover de golfbaan. Het zit op een soort villapark en je moet je melden bij een slagboom als je de wijk in wilt. Dat voelt veilig. Wij waren er omdat we op het circuit Ricardo Tormo moesten zijn, dat zat op minder dan 15 minuten rijden. Supervriendelijke gastheer. Huisje is erg netjes met fijne keuken. Koffie aanwezig 😊 Twee badkamers wat ideaal is als gezin (douche in een van de badkamers is wel smal, maar prima voor een paar dagen). Zachte handdoeken. Bedden comfortabel en fris opgemaakt. Balkon waar je lekker van de avondzon kunt genieten. Supermarkt op 5 minuten afstand. Zwembad helaas niet gezien (geen tijd).

Cons: Het linkerbed van de kamer met losse bedden had een matras waarvan je de spiralen erg goed kon voelen. Dat is het enige. Je ziet dat de infrastructuur zwaar beschadigd is na de overstromingen van oktober 2024. Stukken wandelpad wat voor het huis ligt zijn weggeslagen, heel indrukwekkend om te zien hoe erg dit is geweest. Op het park, maar ook in en rondom Valencia zijn ze hard aan het werk om dit alles te herstellen.

Tolle Anlqge mit toller Aussicht

Pros: Super tolle Anlage immer wieder gerne.. die Wohnung ist genial gelegen mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Golfanlage. Leider etwas weg von Valencia ca.30min mit dem Auto aber ds wussten wir. Das ist insgesamt eine riesige Anlage. Die Bett Wäsche roch so toll. Es ist an alles gedacht:

Mooi en net appartement op mooie locatie met fijn zwembad.

Pros: Mooi appartement met fijn zwembad. Erg prettige host, goede communicatie. Alles was erg netjes en schoon.

Cons: Zonder (huur)auto was het voor ons kwestie van veel met de taxi, want de locatie is wat afgelegen.

Pros: Todas as condições e conforto para descansar, boa piscina...

Cons: Nao tem máquina de lavar loiça, nao tem maquina de secar roupa, o termoacumulador é de poucos litros, 4 pessoas a tomar banho a ultima ja nao tem agua quente e o quadro eléctrico é baixo, quando se liga fogão e forno o quadro dispara

Pros: El trato del anfitrión fue excelente. No pudo portarse mejor con nosotros. Fue muy atento y nos entendió a la perfeccion con los horarios de entrada y salida. Le estoy muy agradecido.

Pros: L'emplacement est à 20min de Valencia et il y a toutes les commodités très proches, environ 5min en voiture ! Un domaine sécurisé (un gardien à l'entrée du domaine h24 - 7j/7j). Place de parking gratuit, très facile pour se garer. Propreté du logement. Décoration très belle. Très bien équipé pour un confort au top ! Une vue magnifique sur le golf. Le logement ressemble parfaitement aux photos. Propriétaire très sympathique et réactif si besoin.
