A place with a soul in a nice neighbourhood

Pros: Location of a place, old house, with a local feel, the little garden with the very nice verada with a big swing and a table outside was a very nice way to spend evenings or mornings chilling and listening to birds. Short (10 minutes) walk to Eliana promenade with restaurants make it a very good location. A playground just metres away. The back area of the house with a swing for children.

Cons: The layout of the house is a bit difficult to use with a long narrow corridor, the living room at the end. Barking dogs of neighbouring properties were pretty annoying in the evening and morning. Very many messages exchanged with the agency who is in charge of this property and different people writing not reading what was said before.

Pros: la zona me gusta si vienes chiquillos o con tu pareja se eata muy bien esta cerca de avenida eliana y muy tranquilo

Sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Garten und einer Terrasse.

Pros: Die angenehme einheimische Atmosphäre mit dem schönen und gut ausgestatteten Haus und dem tollen Garten.

Pros: Rodeada de naturaleza, muy bonita la casa, grande,, las camas son súper comodas, el baño amplio.. Y otro fuera de casa por si os gusta la privacidad 😅 la piscina es bastante pequeñita pero bueno para refrescarse va bien.

Cons: Cuando llegamos la piscina daba muchísimo asco, el chico que nos atendió fue muy amable y la limpiaron a la mañana siguiente. Otra cosa es que no habia termo para el agua caliente, o si había pero estaba inactivo o dañado..

Pros: Mooie tuin lekker rustig tussen de locals wel een klein zwembad maar wel diep genoeg en heerlijk om af te koelen BBQ plek dus hartstikke gezellig

Cons: Eigenlijk niets het zwembad had wat groter gemogen maar het water was hartstikke lekker en schoon alles kwam overeen met de foto's

Acogedora y bien ubicada casa en L’Eliana

Pros: La ubicación cerca al parque y a la escuela de mi hija y a una zona de buenos restaurantes, tenía una cocina bien equipada y teníamos mercado esencial a nuestra disposición.

Cons: La mesa del comedor siempre estaba pegachenta, en un par de oportunidades nos salieron cucarachas y la época aún estaba fría y no habían mantas adicionales. Y por el anincio parecía que tenía una piscina grande y realmente era una pequeña pileta

Ideaal voor paar dagen Valencia.

Pros: Hele goede lokatie op loopafstand van metrolijn naar centrum Valencia. Veel schaduw en privacy door bomen en struiken. Airconditioning op alle slaapkamers en woonkamer. 2 douche/toilet ruimtes. Fijne overkappingen aan voor en achterzijde om lekker te eten en voorzien van ruim dakterras. En aan achterzijde een schommelbank. Klein zwembad om lekker af te koelen. Eigen parkeerplaats.

Cons: Stoelen buiten niet echt comfortabel. Inboedel beetje gedateerd.

Pros: Estaba todo muy bien, la limpieza y las instalaciones completas y el lugar tranquilo.

Cons: Chemi and out - poco flexible los tiempos de entrada y salida muy limitados Uno de los cuartos cama individual Algo antiguo el piso Incluir información cerca de los productos mínimos necesarios

Pros: Die Lage des Hauses war sehr gut: nähe Metrostation, nähe Innenstadt, ruhige Lage. Die Innenstadt mit der Gastronomie und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten konnte man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten war sehr schön. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!
