A great flat but town very quiet off season

Pros: Amazing flat, large and clean with comfy beds and shower. All amenities provided, even things like kitchen roll and handsoap. Well stocked with all kitchen utensils, a toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, etc. Check-in was slightly confusing, with correspondence and booking.com stating check-in was from 5pm, but the code to the lockbox was only provided from 8pm onwards. I.e. you could not physically enter the flat until 8pm. That to me is what check-in means, so the 5pm time was just not true. We stayed here in February and the town is completely deserted at this time of year with many restaurants still shut. We ended up driving to valencia for dinner. Other than that, I would totally recommend this flat!

Tranquilidad

Pros: La casa es amplia. Para rentabilizarla hay que ir 4 o más personas. Cuesta refrescar las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado pero el resto es cómodo, moderno, agradable y bien distribuido. Su localización es buena y no resulta excesivamente difícil encontrar sitio para aparcar cerca. Tuvimos un problema con el termo: originaba un cortocircuito, y lo arreglaron relativamente pronto. Las mejores estancias son el salón, la cocina y una habitación con cama doble y aire acondicionado.

Cons: Los dos aparatos de aire acondicionado tardan mucho en refrescar la casa: hace mucho calor en dos habitaciones; pensamos que es necesario instalar otro en la habitación del fondo o... mejorar los actuales. Es difícil extraer los humos propios de cocinar. Un día tuvimos que salir a comer fuera, sin desearlo, pq. no había electricidad.

Vacaciones en familia

Pros: La casa superó todas nuestras expectativas. Con todas las comodidades necesarias para pasar unos días en familia y sentirte como en casa.

Cons: Todo estuvo a nuestro gusto.

Pros: Апартаменти нові, як на фото, дуже класна кухня з усіма зручностями, багато посуду, включаючи блендер, кавоварку, тьорку, 7 сковорідок, тощо. Апартаменти єдині в цьому будинку. Поруч по чт і сб класний ринок з свіжими смачними дешевими фруктами, овочами. Також поруч муніципальний ринок з рибою та м'ясом, хоча в супермаркетах вибір теж класний та, мабуть, дешевший. В 7 хвилинах ходьби парк з атракціонами. 150 м до одного супермаркету й 500 м до двох інших, ще більш великих і класних (зокрема, Меркадона). Поруч з апартаментами відділок поліції, район виглядає безпечним. До пляжу 10-15 хвилин пішки.

Pros: La casa es una preciosidad. El propietario super accesible y muy amable. Atención de 10. La casa estaba limpia y con unas instalaciones super nuevas y muy bonitas. Increíble apartamento y súper bien ubicado.

Cons: Nada todo perfecto

Pros: Чисто, уютно, близко от центра, рядом рынок по четвергам и субботам.

Pros: Muy bien todo, muy cómodo, la cama también súper cómoda

Een hele fijne accomodatie.

Pros: Het interieur was exact als op de foto’s. Ook qua grootte voldeed het aan onze verwachtigen, het is een heel ruim appartement.

Cons: Het warm water van de douche valt vaak weg, zeker als meerdere personen na elkaar willen douchen. Wij beperkten onze douchtetijd tot maximum 10 minuten, maar helaas hadden de laatste twee personen altijd koud water..

Super

Pros: Locatie was zeer mooi en netjes. Winkels en restaurants op wandelafstand.

Cons: Alles was in orde. Geen negatieve punten.

Pros: Me encanto todo la recomiendo al 100% ,los dueños las veces que le escribimos nos respondieron rápido
