Pros: I liked everything about this accommodation. The location is great - only 10-15 min by bus or metro to the city centre or to the seaside the other way. It is very well linked to everywhere you want to go. Lots of stores and caffees around, elevator in the building. The accommodation was beyond my expectations: very clean, smelling wonderful, comfortable bed, you can wash and iron your clothes, two very very clean bathrooms with all the necessities, kitchen with all one can need, all eith the small details thst tell you that host really wants you to feel like home. They were very responsive and atentive, if I come back to Valencia I think I will contact them again. Warm recommendation for solo travelers! Thank you for wonderful reception! Excellent value for the money!❤️

Pros: Les règles de vie sont bien respecter, bien qu'il y ait plusieurs personnes, je ne les ai pour ainsi dire pas croisé.

Cons: Seul petit point éventuel d'amélioration, est qu'il n'y avait aucun rideau/store dans ma chambre (fenêtre étroite).

Excelente Hospedaje en Habitación Cardenal 1

Pros: otros huéspedes también trataron de mantener la limpieza de la cocina y el baño.

Cons: Por la hora de salida del tren OUIGO, tenía que salir temprano (6;00 a.m.) de la Habitación Cardenal 1. Basado en la instrucción en la nota dejada por la autoridad del hospedaje sobre la mesita de la habitación 1, yo la deposité dentro del buzón de correo #27. Tomé esa escena por un video. Sin embargo, me dio inquietud, ya que el buzón de correo #27 no tenia la seguridad de cerrarlo, es decir que estaba rota. Le propongo de manera muy atenta la reparación de la seguridad de buzón de correo #27.

Estancia de 1 noche para 1 persona

Pros: Genial para pasar un par de noches o estancia rápida para una persona, de visita o de paso que busque cocinarse algo, tener la comodidad de un piso y estar cerca del centro. Con suerte podrás encontrar aparcamiento cerca. Gemma es muy atenta y estará ahí para ayudarte si surge cualquier problema!☺️

Cons: Lo único a prestar atención es el límite horario para la recogida de llaves.
