Pros: Location - close to the beach; pool area, bar/cafeterias; the option to have lunch and dinner besides breakfast; supportive and friendly personell, water at the room, clean hotel

Cons: Would be nice to have / suggestions: Coffee machine at the rooms; quality check before check in (e.g. safe was not working), partially low or even missing internet connection within the room; the hired animation ladies for kids entertainment (appeared to be unmotivated and: suggestion to support Hotel’s sustainability aspect further by closing water pipe when not in use, e.g. between the refill of the bowl with water for the game of throwing a ball to splash the seated person); cafeteria partially not occupied and long waiting time, but only with one personell (eg 31.07.2025 evening shift, maybe double occupied with other tasks??!)

Pros: Very comfortable beds, pleasant & helpful staff.

Cons: Sofabed wasn't the most comfortable but OK for one night. The buffet dinner was a little disappointing - not a huge choice, and all dishes had missing/incorrect labels so hard to tell what everything was (especially for allergies etc).

Great place to stay with beach a few minutes away.

Pros: The property was lovely and light and airy. The breakfast and buffet meal at night was ok but all could have been a lot hotter.

Pros: I wanted to share my positive experience at your hotel. The location was excellent, and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I also want to highlight the wonderful service provided by your staff. They were all fantastic, but I particularly appreciated Lusine's kindness and helpfulness. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant!

Perfect summer destination away from too many tourists.

Pros: Close to the beach and shops. Very good range of food on the buffet compared to what can sometimes be offered in full board / AI type of hotels, with themed food nights too. Very efficient at replenishing the food too so it remains a full buffet and fresh. Comfortable room, more than enough space.

Cons: The gym only opens during the day, no early morning session. The meal times are traditional Spanish times and so seem a little late for the typical English traveller (lunch is 1:30pm start; dinner is 8:30pm start).
