Hotel Sagunto

Pros: Exceeded expectations, after hearing some mixed reviews, i can't fault it tbh. Great view location close to town, lots to see, castle old town, museums, a welcome respite from busy touristy Valencia. Great value in off season, it was quiet so I can't comment on insulation). Lovely staff (though they are only there til 2pm). Excellent Chinese restaurant next door.

Pros: The room was fine, clean with everything needed, and the large balcony with a view of the castle was terrific.

Cons: In the absence of any staff, the self check in procedure was tedious. Car parking was not possible on the adjoining roads, so we had to park in free but unsupervised car park, a few minutes walk away.

Pros: checked in after hours. staff friendly and assisted over the phone.

Pros: Room was clean, with the toilet and shower, aircon. affordable for the money and really close to the railstation.

Cons: A noise from rooms around, you can here crying baby, calling people or watching movies in the night. kitchen without cutlerry.

For a small town with a low star rating this hotel was probably better than expected.

Pros: Room quite small but bed comfortable air conditioning very good. Bathroom quite big very clean excellent shower. Staff on Reception were very pleasant and helpful. Kitchenette area with microwave and kettle available on floor below.

Cons: Only one clothes rail and not many clothes hangers. No drawers for storage.

A great hotel in a good location with views of the castle

Pros: Hotel Sagunto is in a great location to visit the city, from the hotel you are able to walk to the historic centre and to the castle. There are many bars and restaurants on route. We had beautiful views from our room towards the castle. There is parking between the railway line and the hotel, it isn't the prettiest of areas but a good place to park the car. The Chinese restaurant underneath the hotel on the corner was excellent, I would definitely recommend it, excellent food, lovely owners and value for money.

Cons: The air conditioning unit was a little noisy. We did experience a problem with the self check-in but luckily a member of staff came to help us.

Pros: I liked everything, the kindness of the people, the cleanliness of the room, and the common areas, and the location.

Cons: I can't say I didn't like nothing!! Because I liked everything

Have stayed here a few time and will stay here again if I need to be in the area.

Pros: The rooms are spacious and clean. A little older and not fancy. There is a direct USB plug in to charge phones. Lots of food choices close. A great place to stay if you are on a budget. Very close to the Buses and the train station. Be aware that Taxi service is not easy to get in Sagunto. The hotel has a very easy to use automated check in and check out.

Cons: Taxi Service in Segunto is awful.
