Friendly staff - nice hotel

Pros: Friendly staff - stayed here one night for football match. Nice room and good breakfast.

Pros: We went for the fcbarca with vilareal match .. Wished we stayed longer at the hotel 🙌 Front desk staff Carlos, the person in the night shift 21 Dec / 22 morning are all very warm , friendly, welcoming & helpful. The room is very clean, comfortable, good sized & just right . Breakfast hearty, homely with good options even for vegetarians .The old gentleman (soon t retire ) at breakfast service was very kind with excellent service etiquette . Sorry for not remembering everyone’s names . Location perfect from stadium , train station. Despite being in a small town, the hotel & it’s staff were best & better than most 5 star city hotels in Spain. Keep up the great work ..

A nice hotel in a convenient location

Pros: Convenient location, supermarket nearby and not far from train station.

Cons: Noisy people in next room late at night arguing. Not the hotel’s fault!

Pros: The Vila-Real Palace doesn’t try too hard — and that’s its charm. A golden façade, polished marble, and a lobby that hums with quiet purpose. Rooms are spacious, cool, and faintly nostalgic — hydromassage baths and firm beds that belong to another era of Spanish business travel. Breakfast is unhurried, honest, and best taken with the soft light of morning cutting across polished tables. It’s not a place for spectacle, but for pause — a stop between the sea, the stadium, and the next decision. Reliable, still, and somehow calming in its restraint. Guest Number 9 rating: 8/10 — understated, efficient, quietly Spanish, the staff are its primary strength - friendly, accomodating and highly respectful.

Pros: A great hotel, we have only pleasant impressions of the stay. Attentive and friendly staff! We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, there was a surprise greeting for us at breakfast! Thank you so much! Incredibly delicious breakfasts with a beautiful view. A huge selection of fried eggs, ham, cheese, sausages, milk, dessert, coffee and so on. Everything is of high quality, we will miss the breakfasts! There is a Carrefour store nearby, and the railway station is only 17-minute walk away. Also I liked the view from the room window with mountains and the city. We will be glad to come back!
