For 60€ this was exceptional. Best place ever.

Pros: Such a well designed apartment hotel. Most charming rooms with kitchen and bathroom and everything. Very helpful staff. Quiet and relaxing. Close to the Marina and bus stop to the railway station.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable! Staff were lovely! Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Cons: Only one toilet paper when arrived (was staying for 6 nights), had to ask for more which they promptly provided.

Highly recommended for Valencia Marathon weekend

Pros: I stayed here to participate in Valencia Marathon, and throughly enjoyed the stay. Good communication with quick and clear response. Super clean room with kitchen facility and large fridge. Great location. Only 20 min walk to the Start area on the race day. Few min walk to bus/tram stops as well as supermarkets.

Cons: Although the water pressure was very good, the drain has been slightly clogged and that almost flood the bathroom when you take shower more than 5 min.

Pros: Very nice place and super friendly staff. I enjoyed the style of the apartments and it was very calm and quiet. Perfect place to work from and explore the city.

Modern apartment in a great location

Pros: Loverly modern apartment. Clean bathroom, powerful shower, large room. Kitchen contained everything that was needed. Comfortable couch and seating. Rooms are located on the ground floor. Good checking in communication. Quick response. Friendly reception staff and helpful with laundry and washing. Approx 15min walk to beach. Short walk to convenience stores on the main street. Would definitely return if visiting Valencia again.

Cons: Noise in the corridor in the morning. Cleaning staff, storage room next to apartment.
