Pros: The location, close to cafes and breakfast places, close to beach, very walkable, close to public transport, well connected. We specifically enjoyed the willingness to accomodate, flexibility and kindness of the staff. Olga was extremely nice and helpful.

Brilliant place to stay close to the beach
Pros: The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and brilliantly located close to the beach. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Perfect for a couples get away. Nice additional touches such as USB ports for chargers and plenty of dishwasher tablets/laundry detergent. Kitchen was plenty spacious with all the basics covered.
Cons: Only minor improvements to make it perfect. The small oven mitt made it very difficult to get larger hot items out of the oven so would suggest a second mitt is required.

Pros: Very nice and clean apartment, well equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Friendly staff, they also provided us the sun umbrellas. The location is perfect, close to the beach and to huge Mercadona supermarket. Totally recommend it, if we visit Valencia again, we would definitely stay here.

Pros: We liked the comfort and the design of the room and the house. We liked the books in the room (good selection and combination of turistic and intellectual type of books). The area is beautiful, well connected, and close to the beach. Thank you to the owner and manager for understanding what people really need in a kitchen for a short stay vacation. The service very attentive and smooth - ten points for that
Cons: The terrace was not such a thing. Better not yo advertise it as a common area if this little space don't really add nothing.

Pros: Fantastic location with regular bus and tram links to the city centre and surrounding area. Lovely local cafés and supermarkets, and walking distance to the beautiful beach. Staff very helpful and pleasant regarding access, storage of luggage and cleaning. Good aircon.
Cons: The chairs and stools in the apartment were very uncomfortable. There was no freezer.

Pros: Great stay, we go back every year. I highly recommend this place. Well equipped, comfortable, very clean and beautiful apartment on a quiet street yet access to great restaurants, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Very good connection by Metro l to the center and airport

Pros: I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Barracart Apartments! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations — the place was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, nestled in a charming neighborhood with easy access to great local spots. Olga, the apartment manager was warm, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. I'm definitely going back — can't recommend it enough!
