Perfect

Pros: Well laid out property. Spacious and very comfortable. There was everything you need even little details like salt sachets, a little bottle of oil, shampoo, soap, washing up liquid… The appartment is well situated very near the Guliver park and the science museum with lots of amenities around it. There are also many bus routes very close by to get you around the city. They did everything they could to facilitate check in and check out.

Lovely apartment

Pros: The cleaning staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was very convenient, you've got all the utensils you need. The location is great close to gulliver park, many restaurants and bars and close to the bus and metro. The shower is top notch!

Cons: The water in the bathroom sink drains away very slowly.

Pros: I had a really lovely stay in this apartment. The space is bright, clean and very comfortable, with a beautiful open layout that makes it feel calm and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent – warm, powerful and spacious, which made such a difference after long days walking around the city. The location is also very convenient, in a nice and quiet area but well connected to the centre and the beach. Communication was smooth and whenever I needed something (such as an extra blanket or additional shower gel), it was promptly provided. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend it.

Excellent Value for Money and Great Host

Pros: The location is excellent, especially if you like being close to Turia park and Las Ciencias. The host is extremely well communicating and helpful any way he can. He is also at the premises time to time. The host is the owner of a cleaning company, so the cleaning is done professionally and it was cleanest property I stayed in Valencia. The amenities are all functioning and well set up.

Cons: The bed is a little small for two people (the host is addressing the issue). The air ventilation is a little poor, where we had some bad smell in the room.

Pros: Great accommodation. Clean, well located and well equipped. The staff is very efficient

We really had a great time without stress and worries!

Pros: Easy incheck, no stress because of late time of arrival. You get the code’s to enter your appartment by email. It is a very clean, neatly organised room and on a good location between city and beach.

Cons: Only thing is the front door did not lock properly. But there are no worries, younstilk have your own door to your appartment. We forget to mention it to the organisation.

Pros: Everything was okay. The photos are 100% real, can’t really complain about nothing. I recommend!

Very fun holiday in a spacious clean apartment

Pros: The appartement was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host responds quick enough and is helpful. Also the location is very nice.

Cons: The door to the hallway is quite noisy. You don’t hear noise in between rooms only people in the hallway that slam doors for example. Also we would have liked a balcony or outside space.

Pros: Very clean apartment in a good zone! Very good service.
