Pros: The location is very strategic. Ruzafa is the best place for nightlife and restaurants.

Cons: There were some works in progress so it was a little noisy in the morning. Sometimes hot water finished if all the other apartments took shower in the same moment. But I woke up earlier and always manage to have a hot shower. For the rest I found everything very good.

I'd stay here again!

Pros: Location was really good for us. We liked being away from the busy centre, but the area was pretty and had a nice vibrancy. There was an abundance of bars, but not as many Spanish sit-down eateries as we would have liked or expected. The flat was easy to navigate and I liked that we could enter the apartments without check-in Shower was strong and clean. lots of storage space and a nice touch to provide us with a coffee capsule and biscuits for our arrival.

Cons: The courtyard was a bit noisy if someone came in late and the lights from the courtyard would shine through and disturb us sleeping. The curtains need to be addressed to work better with that issue a we tried to tie them together to block the light. There was also a bright green box in the room that flooded the room with light at night. The bathroom lights were too bright and clinical.

Would use this accommodation again

Pros: Very clean, quiet but central location, it was competitively priced and for what we paid it was ideal. It has just enough of everything. Our apartment no.2, had no view except to central shared internal patio, but this meant it was private and quiet. My wife liked it if that helps! The staff communication is excellent and as we had a late flight back they stored bags in close by office.

Cons: Nothing , because it was fair for the price paid.

Nice and comfortable suites, perfect for a short stay

Pros: This is a spacious nicely decorated studio apartment well equipped for a short stay. It was very clean, warm, and not humid. It takes a bit of time for the hot water in the shower to run, but completely understandable. The location is not exactly central, but very nice - within the vibrant area of Ruzafa.

Cons: It was a bit tricky to open the lock box. I couldn't do it at the first attempt and a member of staff had to come and help me (which happenned very quickly). It appeared that I just had to put more pressure on the button. It might be a good idea to mention this in the access instructions (which are otherwise exact and detailed).

Pros: Perfect location for what we needed. Quick responses when needing to contact host.

Pros: The apartment is in a private collection of apartments, good security. The location was fantastic, you had bars at each corner of the private street you are in. There was also a supermarket just around the corner and down the road in the opposite direction was an amazing food market. Not the heart of the city but still a great spot. There is no staff on sites as such but they are in communication with you via what's app and felt in ease of communication

Cons: As mentioned the rooms are lovely and are cute hip studios. Just if you have heavy luggage beware it's down steps then back up steps to get to our room. There is a disable lift for the first lot of steps but wasn't working. The rooms are not very soundproof, we did hear most of everything our neighbours were doing and saying 😅

Pros: The apartment was well located near to the metro. It was clean, bed was comfy and had a good shower.

Pros: Posizione ottima. Pulizia ottima. Letto molto comodo.

Cons: Avrei gradito due coppie di asciugamani ed un eventuale cambio.

Pourrait être très bien mais..

Pros: C'est neuf et clair, propre. La literie est impeccable. Le quartier proche de la vieille ville est calme.

Cons: Tout est dématérialisé et en cas de problème personne ne répond. Personne pour le lavabo bouché, code porte d'entrée changé sans avertissement, un équipement correct mais à minima. Une location hôtelière qui pourrait être impeccable mais sans aucun suivi, le client est là pour payer et partir à l'heure.
