Pros: Super clean, cute, great space, full equipped with the lovely addition of a couple coffee pods. Great value for money

Cons: Bed wasn’t the comfiest - it’s pretty rock solid but that could also be a personal preference.

Pros: central location, very clean, and private, the host was always ready to answer my questions and anything I needed, checking in and out was super easy and simple, I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in Valencia and cheaper than a hotel.

Cons: Everything was great, nothing to complaint.

Nice little studio and great owners !

Pros: The host is very professional, very reactive and ready to help. We booked last minute and the host was very responsive. I liked the large bathroom with shower, very modern, the kitchen had most of the things you would need for a short trip. Pleasantly looking little studio, very clean. It is 10 minutes walk from the Acquarium, Science museum, etc. We had a nice breakfast nearby. Within 10 minutes walk you find so many nice local places to eat . Great location .

Cons: The fact that the flat is literally on the road. From the pedestrian alley you just go into the flat like you would go into a shop. Meaning that it feels somewhat unsafe. If you leave the window open for example, someone could just walk into your flat with absolutely no effort. For a night it was ok, but for more than that, I would feel unsafe to leave my stuff in the flat and go out for the day. Maybe is just me because i am not familiar with the city... It is also a little bit smaller than what it looks in the photos. I would say is ideal for 2 people for a longer stay. Other than that, it can be a little too tight but good enough for shorter stay for 4 people. Overall, it was ok. I would probably stay again for another night but i wouldn't stay for consecutive nights as i wouldn't feel safe to leave my belongings inside.

It was very pleasant and we really enjoyed it.

Pros: The stay was topnotch: from comfort and cleanliness of the accomodation to location and host's support. Accomodation corresponds to visualisation in full!

Pros: Everything is super. Clean, neat, cozy and safe. Everything is done for comfortable living. I slept on the sofa (there is one double bed and 2 sofa beds available) and it was comfortable.

Pros: I loved absolutely everything, we were meant to only stay one night but fell in love with the place and the city so we ended up staying an extra night!
