Excellent accommodation

Pros: Great room with excellent facilities. Lots of toiletries, hairdryer, tea and coffee making, refrigerator, safe etc. Easy to check-in and check-out. Good communication regarding any queries. In excellent location and only a very short walk to the Cathedral and other historical sites. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Bus stop for beach less than 10 minute walk (number 32) away. Very pleased that lockers are available to store luggage etc after check-out until 20:00 on the same day.

Pros: Great location, was a very close walking distance to the old city areas but was on a quiet street where there were not many tourists. It was quiet at night and very comfortable. Room was a great size, bathroom facilities were great and overall a very good place for a relaxing holiday.

Cons: The floor was slightly dirty - while walking around there were some bits on the floor so it was clear it hadn't been swept thoroughly.

Excellent location. Modern and comfortable

Pros: Excellent location. The room is modern, excellent temperature especially for winter, not humid at all even though it rained half of day and night. Bed was very comfortable, shower was great, great quality cosmetics, clean linens. We could enter the room at 12:45, when the checkin started at 3PM. Very much appreciated. Online building service is efficient.

Cons: Cleaning - there is room for improvement, some questionable hair on the toilet seat, dust on the furniture. On the window sill there was some underwear hanging in the rain. Also we booked a room showing a big chair, obviously bigger in the picture, while the room we got was smaller, no room for a chair like the one in the booking picture.

Pros: My room was nice, clean, quiet. location very nice. i did notice some issues that might have bother me, and were all resolved. Thank you!

Cons: Breakfast starts at 8.30. I was in Valencia for a conference that started at 8.30 so I couldn't eat one day, the other I was late at the conference :). 8.30 is really too late. also, at the same restaurant same breakfast is cheaper and bigger if you just get it there. quite amazing :). one day it was pipe cleaning (maintenance, not problem). i did not like my room to be entered for maintenance when I pay this money, but as I was away, it did not bother me too much.

Amazing Valencia to meet family and friends!

Pros: The location, the super confortable bed, the nice and spacious bathroom, and the quiet environment even being near the city center. We could go walking to almost all places, there are also bike rentals nearby, and supermarkets everywhere, including one small market exactly opposite the hotel.

Cons: It was very difficult to get help from a real person, and I had two situations with no electricity in the room where the BOT didn't manage to understand my problem and the second time it made it very complicated to reach help.
