Great comfortable stylish hotel in good location

Pros: Great location comfortable bed and amazing shower!

Cons: No staff, didn’t know how to get clean cups, couldn’t find extra water as all gone from reception after first day. Couldn’t get locker on last day

Clean and comfortable stay in the city center

Pros: The location was clean, comfortable, located in the vity center, with lots of places to visit around, lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets nearby. Everything we needed. The essentials are available to pick up in case you run out of coffee, milk, toilet paper or towels. The lockers can be used to leave your luggage if you arrive earlier than the checkin hour or leave later than the checkout hour.

Cons: It would be useful to have a microwave in the lounge area

Pros: Overall excellent experience! Clean, spacey, deluxe apartment, luxurious bathroom, comfortable bed and very useful furniture and amenities. The location is perfect for exploring everything on foot and close to a metro station (10min walk). The neighborhood is quiet even though its is located literally next to the old town of Valencia. Reception-less method worked out perfectly, check in and check out were easy and fast. Communication with the host through WhatsApp was immense and very helpful when needed.

Cons: If I could find something to improve, the luggage storage room is very helpful, but there are only six lockers to use, even though there are many more rooms in the hotel. Another luggage storage room with many more lockers would be very convenient, in order to serve the demand better. We tried to store our luggage on check out, just to take them later on the day, but all of them were full and would not be free during the day.

Pros: location, size of room, cleanliness, amenities. everything above expectations.

Cons: some problems with the access code that did not open the room (but the staff helped me quickly) and the locker room, where 2 lockers were blocked and the others full. so i had to walk in the city with my luggage on the day of departure

Comfortable stay very close to city center

Pros: The room is in a modern building. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. It is on a quite street, yet very close to the center and plenty of bars and restaurants are nearby. The self check in is easy. You won't meet any staff in person but the automatic replies are working well and if you message on Whatsapp they are responsive.
