Marvellous Apt with a Large Private Terrace

Cozy apartment 🌸

Pros: We were very happy with our stay! The apartment has everything you need: a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, stove, and high-quality pots and knives. We especially loved the cozy terrace. The apartment is even better than in the photos - clean and very comfortable. The mattress was comfortable. Many thanks to the host for her attention and care. The location: 25–30 minutes on foot to the city center, 50 minutes by bus to the sea, and only 6 minutes to the metro. The area is quiet, and there is a huge shopping center nearby where you can spend the whole day. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay!

Cons: The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows. We would have preferred them to be lower and softer.

Pros: A very clean apartment. The location is good, 18 minutes walk to the historical centre but there are also bus stops nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like were the pillows on the bed. Very hard and high. We used the decorative pillows otherwise we couldn't sleep.

Pros: The apartment is near Turia, easily accessible. The kitchen is well-equipped and the room has a nice terrace.

Small quiet clean apt., but would’ve preferred a better location.

Pros: Very clean, good bathroom, welcome water, good bakery around the corner and QUIET!, close to the Tiria park.

Cons: Location - didn’t like the location, wish we had stayed elsewhere. Apt: was small but was fine for 2 people. There was dust all over the terrace and furniture due to construction right next door. Luckily that didn’t start until 8:15 am. But you can’t sit out in the afternoon due to the noise. We chose this apt to use the terrace. The A/C wasn’t strong enough - seemed to take a long time to cool down. Check in: had to fill in an online form with a lot of extra info that the other 6 places we stayed at didn’t. I messed up and they sent me a link to revise the info. I wasn’t able to edit it. I finally asked them to delete my original info so I could start all over (vs edit it). I shouldn’t have been the one to come up with the solution - as we were coming into the Valencia train station. Wasn’t happy about the check in. No one else asked for our home address.

Comfy apartment

Pros: A well furnished and clean little apartment, with comfy bed and a kitchen with everything you will need: coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, pots and pans and cutlery. The host also left a bottle of water in the fridge and some ice-cream probably left from the previous guest. We loved the terrace and the vicinity with coffee places and supermarkets and within walking distance from the station, buses and historical places.

Cons: We liked everything, would have been useful to have a washing machine instead of the dishwasher but this is just a personal choice, otherwise we had a very nice few days in this apartment.

Pros: Very Well equipped apartment in a quiet area but close to busstops and 900 meters from underground station tot get you straight to the airport. Safe check in with code for front door and personal code to your room. No cards, no keys just your mobile phone.. we could leave our luggage in the reception hallo but it was at our own risk as there is nobody tot keep An eye on it. You just put your luggage under thé staircase.

Cons: Check in needs to happen in advance on line and there is no reception desk or anybody to help you if things go wrong. You get a phone number in case you should need help. If not too hot you really enjoy thé big terrace. We didn't do any cooking but it is possible tot préparé a simple meal or use thé microwave. Airconditioning worked perfectly, very good large bed and perfectly clean and good shower and toilet.

Pros: Good location. You have a small but complete kitchen: coffee machine (Tassimo), dish washer, fridge, microwave, etc. All furniture is new. \

Cons: Mattress and pillows are super hard. For people who are sensitive to mattress hardness it could be a problem. Pigeons in the backyard are very loud.
