Cons: There is a club nearby and every morning at 5am was noisy on the street

Pros: I liked the place, it was really comfortable and clean. It is near to the Center and there is a bus station two blocks from the apartment. The city center was pretty nice, as usual (it is not my first time in Valencia). I stayed for an academi event, I had doubts about how ordered could be the city, specially after the last natural disaster occurred there, and everything was good.

Pros: We had a good vacation! The hosts were nice and answered our questions immediately. We were in walking distance of almost everything we visited. Would recommend staying here! Perfect for 2 people

A very good spot for a couple of days in heart of the city of Valencia!

Pros: The flat is small but cosy. It is very well located. To go places, you can easily walk, take a bus or metro...or even a train. The windows are almost completely soundproof which is good especially for Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It can become totally dark if you choose to sleep with little light coming from the outside. The apartment is well equipped. On the very first day there was a problem with the washing machine which was soon resolved.

Cons: The flat was perfectly structured and devided. It might have been even more cosy and practicle with different seating accomodations.

Tolle, gemütliche und zentrale Wohnung

Pros: Ein schönes kleines Apartment in toller zentraler Lage. Alles war vorhanden und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Gutes Bett und durch gut isolierte Fenster und Fensterläden nachts trotzdem leise und dunkel. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und entgegenkommend.

Cons: Das Treppenhaus ist etwas schlecht zu laufen.

Pros: O alojamento é muito confortável e muito bem localizado. Tem o Mercadona a 3 min de caminhada. É perto de 3 estações de metro, perto da estação de comboio e a uns 10 min de caminhada já temos bons restaurantes, bares e atrações turísticas. Como gostamos muito de caminhar, fizemos todos os pontos turísticos a pé, só usamos transporte para ir à praia que de carro fica a 16 min e de metro + eletro 33 min. Os anfitriões são muito prestativos e solícitos.

Cons: Os arredores do alojamento não é muito bonito, mas é muito funcional, encontramos todos os tipos de serviços, o que nos foi muito útil.

Pros: Appartement très bien situé pour les visites. Chauffé si besoin. Pas loin de la vieille ville, du métro et d'un locker pour les valises.

Cons: Le matelas du lit est un peu mou à notre goût.

Great apartment with a very convenient location

Pros: The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Ignacio and Gloria were very nice and respectful since the day we booked and throughout the whole stay. The beds are comfortable and as a group of 4 we found the apartment to be very comfortable. The bathroom and the kitchen were very clean and well equipped, they even had tea and coffee for us, which was a nice touch. Location is also great!

Cons: N/A
