Central location, nice apartment

Pros: Great location, close to metro and very nice check in details

Cons: Confusion on the location, I was sent address in Spanish but there were two roads with same name

Pros: Location worked well for our short stay. SingularStays Valencia communications were prompt and helpful The apartment was as per the photos and was clean and well equipped and comfortable.

Cons: For anyone using the sofa bed unfortunately there is what we assume to be noisy refuse collection vehicles late at night and early in the morning. Maybe this is only weekdays but the apartment wasn't as quiet as we'd hoped. The bedrooms are at the back and aren't affected.

Lovely clean and spacious apartment in great location near to all the sights

Pros: Perfect location, very clean and modern, beds very comfortable and nice and warm. Had everything you could possibly need for a weeks stay

A comfortable home in Valencia if traveling in a group

Pros: We were able to leave luggage at the office where the apartment key was to be picked up.

Cons: Confusion about key pick up. The apartment is far away from the office collection. It would be better to have a lock box at the apartment. Not good for people with big luggage to commute across to the old town to then commute back to the train station where we started. 20 mins each way.

Pros: If you're looking for a place that feels like home, but right in the middle of the city, Singular Stays is perfect. We barely even needed public transport! The apartment was super modern and clean, with a really well-equipped kitchen (awesome for cooking dinner with fresh market stuff). You'll feel like a local, not just some tourist stuck in a hotel room.

A great apartment in the heart of Valencia

Pros: The location was very close to the centre of Valencia, near all the sights. The host had even put up some Christmas decks. The apartment was very well equipped with soaps/towels etc all of high quality. A bottle of wine was left for us and coffee for the coffee machine, welcome. The accommodation managers were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with both before arrival, and during our stay.Thank you!

Short stay in Valencia

Pros: We particularly liked the convenient location and the cleanliness of the apartment. The neighbourhood felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was very good.

Cons: We didn't use the terrace as it was located at the back of the apartment between the 2 bedrooms. We expected that the terrace would be in front. One of the bedrooms is v. Small with very limited storage, but did the job.

Great location, comfortable and nice apartment.

Pros: Two bedrooms with two bathrooms was very comfortable, also the distance from the metro is convenient. The agency was flexible, our friend could pick up the keys before we arrived.

Cons: The street was a bit noisy, so couldn’t leave the windows open at night.

Pros: Perfect location a lovely Chinese restaurant opposite.

Pros: The place is very good, clean, everything available and most important ..centrally located. Walking distance from city center.
