Choose it for the location, not for the accommodation itself

Pros: Great location, lots of nearby restaurants. Location was the no. 1 criteria for choosing this accommodation. The studio was big enough for 3 people who spent very little time indoor, we didn't cook so I cannot say if the kitchen was well equipped or not, but I would have found some paper towels useful. Beds were comfortable, the place smelled nice and clean. Virtual keys were not that difficult to get.

Cons: The bathroom definitely needs remodeling, looks like a public (poorly maintained) bathroom. The grab bar for disabled people was filled with dust, I don't think it was ever cleaned, lots of limescale and I even saw a cockroach one night in the bathroom. Towels were somewhat grey. I really think they should add a drawer under the sink to cover the pipes, it looks terrible without one. Lack of privacy, you could hear everything from the bathroom. Soundproofing didn't work well from the outside either, a lot of noise coming from the streets, especially since it was Fallas season. On Saturday there was a party until 4-5 am, it did not bother us since we understand it's a big holiday there, but I do think the window proofing in the apartment could be better.

Very mixed review - great location, nice apartment, but awful check in process, poor Customer Service and zero Wifi.

Pros: Great location, comfy beds and pillows, useful “extras” like olive oil, tea etc.

Cons: Check in process was awful. Delayed 2 hrs outside the property awaiting access codes. No return calls. Problems uploading passport for I/D verification. (two other couples had the same issue). No wifi (yet advertised with free wifi). asked for password to customer service. not even a reply to our query.

Everything was clean and quiet

Pros: Size od the property was enough big for family od 4. The location is good. At first we get only 3 towels, but when we asked for more, they gave us towels and blanket for our daughter. Location is in China neighbour, we tried a lot of their food in restaurants, food was excellent. Shop is near. If yuo want to have nice and clean apartment, you need to booked it. At night is quiet. Big plus is wash machine in the kitchen. If I would come again, I would booked it again

Cons: Maybe bed is a little soft for me, but it was okay. The door of the bathroom is stucking. And maybe I missed coffee machine.

Pros: Everything about the place was great. It was super clean, it was very close to the city center, and the host was very welcoming.

Almost a 10

Pros: Good location, nearby landmarks and good restaurants, flat very well settled on and clean, (just with the exemption of the stove). And friendly in site staff.

Cons: I did the give a 10 just for the fact that there was plenty of late night noise on the top of my assigned flat (2B), and as per manager they are jot able during the weekends (mail & WhatsApp), so I hope you don’t need to talk to them during that days. Finally they were kind and kept my luggage a few hours after check out.

Excellent

Pros: Central location, couple of cafes nearby for breakfast and a supermarket v close, very clean and had all we needed.

Cons: No lock on bathroom, hob was tricky to work

Airy,bright accommodation

Pros: Very clean. Nice bright airy room & comfy beds and I loved there was a water dispenser in reception. It’s an easy 10min walk into the city centre

Cons: I found the entry to the room hard to figure out so would be worried about older people trying to do it plus that the whole entry is dependent by an app on your phone. What happens if your phone dies or you loose it? You have no other way to enter as there is no manned reception, that’s my only negative with it.

It was as described.

Pros: I really liked the location, close to anything. And the apartment was pretty big and clean.

Cons: The yellow pillows didn’t smell that fresh as the others.

Requested early check in which was great

Pros: Central, clean apartment. Lots of kitchen appliances

Cons: Could have done with some bigger towels but bathrobes were provided instead

Pros: Lovely apartment. Great location. Everything you could need was there.
