spacious Apartment in a very good and safe location

Pros: The Apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms, well equipped, clean... and we really liked to stay there 8 nights. Maria from the rental agency was very kind and helpful. We arrived on a Sunday and she let us in 2 hours earlier and gave us the keys personally... For this size the price/night is a very good offer... so I give 9/10

Cons: some steps to climb... but for us no problem... At the beginning of the heating period the radiators did not get warm... but I think this will be fixed for the next guests...

Awesome renovated rental apartment, close to everything.

Pros: Fabulous apartment, in a great location. Easy walk to station, and easy walk around old town. Can't really fault the accomodation standard here. Up a few flights of wide stairs, host really helpful, apartment spotlessly clean. Large bed was comfortable. Good linen. Spacious lounge, seperate kitchen. 3 bedrooms, although we only needed one.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Apartament mare, frumos, curat si foarte bine amplasat la 200 metri de gara principala si foarte aproape de toate obiectiivele turistice.Pat confortabil, totul functional.Comunicarea cu gazda a fost facila.

Cons: Se aude galagia din strada dar la ora 24.00 se inchid toate restaurantele si e liniste.

Ajánlom, amire nekünk kellett arra tökéletes volt.:)

Pros: Szuper helyen van, metró nagyon közel, belvárosban a szállás, közel a látványosságok.

Cons: Az ablakok nagyon vékonyak, hangos az utca, bár van olyan szoba ahol viszont ez nem probléma. Toaletten nem igazán lehet elférni, de mivel ott keveset tartózkodunk, ezért elfogadható.:)

Pros: La atencion el punto en que se encontraba la habitación cómoda venían a hacer la limpieza todos los días

Cons: Que tendrían que tener un aire portátil o un ventilador

Pros: Abbiamo preso questo appartamento principalmente perché è vicino al centro e alla scuola dove io e la mia collega avremmo avuto un corso di formazione. In circa 10 minuti si possono raggiungere tutti i maggiori punti di interesse del centro storico, mentre vicinissimo all'appartamento ci sono molte fermate dei bus per raggiungere i punti di interesse più lontani. Inoltre è molto vicino ad una fermata della metro con collegamento diretto verso l'aeroporto. L'appartamento potrebbe essere rifinito meglio ma comunque è confortevole e pulito. Noi non abbiamo usato la cucina quindi non sappiamo dire nulla rispetto a questo.

Centralissimo a Valencia

Pros: Posizione perfettamente centrale,a piedi ci si può muovere in tranquillità. La dimensione dell’appartamento lo rende molto vivibile.

Cons: Il rimborso del deposito ha preso più tempo di quello che mi aspettassi (oltre una settimana) però alla fine tutto risolto.

Super Apartment für einen Städtetrip

Pros: Die Lage ist perfekt, super zentral, besser geht's nicht und zudem sehr ruhig.

Cons: Die Balkon-Türe konnte nicht verriegelt werden. Ein Safe wäre noch schön.

Prima app in Valencia

Pros: Prima appartement in het centrum van de stad. De metro van station Nord ligt om de hoek waardoor dit appartement zeer goed te bereiken is. Directe lijn naar vliegveld. Badkamer is klein en de wifi doet het maar zeer traag.
