Good spacious apartment in a great location but check in was a nightmare.

Pros: The apartment is old, but spacious. Only one bathroom but it is big. The location was great and it has a little balcony at the front which was nice for a drink of a night. The two bedrooms had double glazing, so easy to sleep of a night.

Cons: On the way over on the train they told us we had only paid the deposit. After emailing all the information (we paid via Booking.com website)- we heard nothing back. The instructions were to go to a building to pick up the keys- there was no one there. Our driver rang (thank God h was there!) and awe were told to go to the building, only trouble was we couldn’t find it. After another call from our driver, they sent someone with the keys. We waited in the general vicinity to see if someone came , to work out the address. Absolute nightmare- I’m not sure we would have been able to check in without someone who spoke Spanish helping us.

Pros: Posizione perfetta, in centro, vicino agli autobus, metro e collegamenti aereoporto

Buen lugar para disfrutar de Valencia

Pros: El sitio sin lugar a dudas, las instalaciones, el servicio en general estuvo muy bien, la ubicación muy buenos accesos al alojamiento!

Cons: Buscar las llaves nos costó un poco

Pros: Locatie en de verhuurder. De verhuurder is goed bereikbaar. Appartement was eerder gereed dan de opgegeven tijd

Cons: Drukte van de weg maar met oordoppen merk je er niets van

Prima appartement op een centrale locatie

Pros: Het zat op een centrale locatie. Het appartement is ruim en schoon. Keuken is wat gedateerd maar wij hebben er ook niet gekookt. Wel grote koelkast en ijskast. Fijn dat er een balkon is mocht je in de avond nog even een drankje willen doen. Het is wel erg druk met verkeer rondom gezien het zo centraal ligt. Wanneer de ramen en deuren dicht zijn hoor je dit niet.

Cons: Het is wel even zoeken naar waar je de sleutel moet ophalen en vervolgens moet je dan wel even 10 minuten lopen. Dit kunnen mensen als vervelend ervaren. Wij arriveerde op zondag waardoor de poort van het appartement dicht zat waardoor wij de ingang in eerste instantie niet goed konden vinden. Dit hadden ze duidelijker mogen uitleggen.

Pros: Bardzo pomocny personel , lokalizacja-samo centrum-pod apartamentem wszystkie autobusy i pociąg, więc wszędzie można dojechać. Bardzo czysto,wszystkie spr,ety kuchenne były potrzebne do zrobienia jedzenia (małe dzuecko).

Cons: Brak darmowego parkingu ,a obok apartamentu tylko parking dla rezydentów, malo miejsc niebieskich żeby kupić bilet,a bilet można kupić na max 2 godz.

Pros: het appartement ligt zeer centraal in Valencia, naast het station, metro om de hoek mooie bezienswaardigheden lopend te doen

Cons: wel veel verkeerslawaai van buiten in de nacht wel stil harde bedden. minimale inrichting voor een paar nachten goed te doen

Excelente ubicación

Pros: La ubicación excelente, en pleno centro de Valencia y tener parking en el mismo edificio con acceso directo al apartamento

Cons: Se podria mejorar el hacer una buena revisión , pues habia algunos elementos deteriorados sobretodo en el baño

Ci siamo trovati bene, la posizione è fantastica per visitare la città

Pros: Ottima posizione, appena fuori dal centro storico e comodo alla stazione della metro. L'appartamento è spazioso e comodo. Presente cambio di asciugamani da doccia e mani. Presente detersivo per lavastoviglie e lavatrice, entrambe funzionanti. Buona la dotazione di piatti, bicchieri e posate; nel complesso l'appartamento sembrava pulito. Aria condizionata funzionante, wifi gratuito e funzionante. Forno a microonde ok.

Cons: Qualche difficoltà nel caricare e validare i documenti d'identità nel check in on line fatto prima di partire; abbiamo ritirato le chiavi in un ufficio a dieci minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. L'agenzia non sempre risponde tramite what's app. L'appartamento si trova in uno stabile un po' datato , l'aspetto esteriore non è dei migliori. Non c'erano prodotti da bagno tranne del sapone per le mani. Pur essendo al quarto piano si sentivano i rumori dalla strada (soprattutto del traffico: si tratta di un viale grande e trafficato ai margini del centro storico). Il piano cottura non è molto funzionale: è elettrico, non a induzione e impiega un bel po' per scaldare i cibi ( soprattutto l'acqua per la pasta).

Pros: L'ottima posizione, servita da diversi servizi!

Cons: Il deposito bagagli in attesa del check-in. Troppo piccolo per accogliere la mole di turisti(noi non abbiamo trovato posto e siamo andati altrove a pagamento)
