Absolutely amazing!

Pros: What we loved most was the view - absolutely stunning. The apartment is located in a beautiful, renovated historic building right in the city center, which gives it a unique charm and character. The apartment is well-equipped, with a kitchen, a small bathroom, and two rooms, including a truly beautiful bedroom. The opening windows and small balconies added even more charm to the space. Everything was organized without any direct contact - we simply received a code and checked in ourselves. The apartment was cleaned during our stay, and when we asked about additional bedding, we immediately received clear instructions on where to find it. The service was truly top-notch. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Lovely apartment in great location

Great stay, perfect location and facilities - definitely use again.

Pros: The location is perfect - just across the road from the main station with Starbucks underneath and bakeries nearby. The beds were super comfy and the shower really powerful and the apartment was very clean. It was perfect for our stay, we had three families with 3 apartments and it worked wonderfully. The entrance code for the building main door and the apartment door was easy to use although mine took a while to come through the app. The app is user friendly. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely use it again.

Cons: The only comment is that the bathroom would benefit from a shelf as there is no real space to put toiletries other than the window sill which is quite narrow and directly above the toilet.

Beautiful view and clean apartment

Pros: The location is very good, close to the city centre and has a beautiful view from the large windows. It was a pretry neat, clean and safe place to stay. Even though the building had windows overlooking a busy street we weren’t bothered by the noise so it must’ve had good soundproofing.

Cons: The apartment looked larger in the pictures. In reality it’s a small place with and improvised kitchen and a tiny bathroom both in the same space, like a box inside the room. We stayed for 2 nights and in the first night it was warm inside and in the second it was cold. We didn’t know how to turn on the heat if there was one because we could not find it.

Pros: I fail to see how anyone can complain about this apartment. We are a family of 4 and we're accommodated with a easy access room providing more than adequate space. The room was spotless ! The bedding smelt amazing. Despite a busy location the noise Was not heard. Great view of the city and next door to the station. Will definitely return!

A stay defined by trust, kindness, and an unforgettable view - a place I would return to without hesitation!

Pros: What truly made this stay special was the honesty and kindness of the hosts! They returned an item I accidentally left behind, which meant more to me than I can put into words. The location is outstanding, with a breathtaking view over the city. The entire apartment opens toward this view, making every moment, day or night, feel special! The apartment was very clean, well-designed, and the price was excellent for what it offers.

Cons: There was honestly nothing I didn’t like.

Best poss8ble location

Pros: Brilliant location. Right next to Valencia Nord station and the metro and minutes away from old Valencia and the wonderful pedestrianised area with the glorious buildings. We'd definitely stay there again.

Pros: The view from the window. Comfortable bed, the kitchen has all you need. The feeling in the room, like you are in some movie.

Cons: The bathroom sink was too small, inevitable to spill some water. The surroundings not so nice, nearby the train station, so in a noisy and crowded street.

It is the perfect place to stay in Valencia.

Pros: A really great apartment with everything we needed, in an amazing position close to cafes, restaurants, and the railway station.

Cons: There was nowhere in the bathroom to put anything! Not even a toothbrush. There is plenty of space for a shelf - sometimes practicality has to override perfect design!
