For a family this is a very functional and convenient apartment.

Pros: Very well equipped and very functional kitchen with all needs provided. We thoroughly enjoyed using the kitchen. The flat is close to Mercadona for all your grocery needs. Just to provide some additional information for the preservation of the hob, it would be helpful if the bottom of the frying pan was properly cleaned as it has on a lot of caked on grease which is likely to ruin the ceramic/glass hob.

Cons: The Sofas could do with a replacement as they no longer have any depth and are not comfortable. Any opportunity to upgrade the current air conditioner to a higher Horse Power should be done as the current size does not adequately cool the last room on the corridor particularly on these hot days and a manual fan does not take out the hot air. It would be a bonus if there was a SMART Television as all channels are in Spanish. Guests could then use their own Netflix account. Cleaning under the beds would also be helpful.

Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff with excellent communication. Apartment was clean with good facilities available.

Cons: The small fan in 2 of the rooms did not work very well at all.

Pros: Casa molto pulita, ordinata buona posizione peccato i rumori notturni dell’hotel e poca visibilità eravamo di fronte ai muri di un albergo e per raggiungere una piccola cosa non c’erano le 20 lazioni in bagno, perché non c’erano le finestre il resto tutto bene

Erg fijn appartement in centrum van Valencia

Pros: We kwamen om half elf al aan bij de incheck locatie (opletten, niet hetzelfde als het appartement maar een kwartiertje er vandaan lopen). Appartement was nog niet klaar maar konden koffers achterlaten en even snel omkleden. Om 12u kregen we alsnog het bericht om de sleutels op te halen. Appartement zelf ligt zeer gunstig in het centrum. Goed onderhouden, fijne bedden en badkamers. Airco werkt, ventilatoren ook aanwezig en zelfs parasols om mee naar het strand te nemen. 1 nacht vroeg gewekt door vrachtwagens buiten, maar dat is wel logisch op een centrum locatie. Aan het pleintje bij de fontein ligt restaurant Las Meninas waar we heerlijk tapas hebben gegeten.

Cons: Kleine tip, een fles water en toiletpapier bij aankomst zouden op prijs gesteld worden.

Bonito, amplio, equipado, pero lejos del check in y sin aire acondicionado en las habitaciones

Pros: Muy bien ubicado, amplio y cocina muy bien equipada.

Cons: El aire acondicionado está en un único punto de la casa y no llega a todas las habitaciones. Piden sacar la basura cuando haces el check out, incluidas las papeleras de los baños. El check in se hace en un lugar que está a 15 minutos del alojamiento en cuestión. Creo que deberían advertirlo bien claro, puesto que se hace tedioso si vas cargado con maletas.

Pros: Ottimo appartamento.Cucina molto ben fornita sia per quanto riguarda le stoviglie che per quanto riguarda pentole e set di utensili per cucinare.Aria condizionata si trova in salotto ma accendendola a pranzo la sera l'intero appartamento sarà bello fresco.Ottima posizione a 1 minuto a piedi dal centro e supemercati a non più di 5 minuti a piedi.Appartamento al primo piano dotato di ascensore.

Cons: Unica piccola pecca uno dei bagni non aveva ne finestra ne bocchetta aspirante.
